GooglePaul Suddes at the Helston branch of Bradley’s was excellent in our purchase of a property. He was very professional and communicated with the seller, as our sale became very laboured and difficult. He kept us updated and was excellent throughout.

GoogleWe are super greatful for Tariq , Dan and the team. What a service ! We've had a bad experience with estate agents over the last few months with respect to getting our house purchase and sale over the line. Leading to this week, we finally got to successfully Exchange today. The Bovey Tracey branch of Bradley's were dealing with our sellers purchase so not even directly involved with us. We discovered their helpfulness late this week and they I believe are the sole reason we haven't lost our sale and will be shortly moving into our new home. Tariq helped facilitate communication up and down the chain with such polite positivity and quick action we are SO greatful. When a team is clearly such an asset to a company namely Dan and particularly the outstanding effort by Tariq I think it should be highlighted. If ever we need to deal with estate agents again...god forbid... We know who to go to. Above and beyond when they didn't need to help us at all. They did so well for their seller , whom will probably never know what effort and dedication was involved from the team. . . But now you do. Anyway. Thanks for reading if you got this far. Although we mostly dealt with Laura throughout our purchase (who was excellent) we dealt with Joe too who was equally good and always aware of what was going on; exactly what you want! They were both friendly, professional and kept you well informed. Laura had to work really hard to keep the chain together at the end, but she did it, so a huge thank you to her! GoogleOur new property was being sold through Bradleys. The bulk of our interaction was with Joe who was incredibly helpful and we were very impressed by the proffesionalism displayed. Always on hand to assist, Joe would make time to attend the property with us on multiple occasions to allow us to obtain quotes for construction work. Joe regularly went above and beyond, even going as far to make phone calls to help with our sale after our own estate agent failed to make progress. GoogleI tried using another estate agent in Exeter to sell my property as it was slightly cheaper on fees, all I can say is I wish I had gone with Bradley's from the start! Tariq showed me around a property I loved whilst I was viewing other properties, he was friendly approachable and didn't push or force like some agents seem to. After viewing a few other properties I went for it and put in an offer in. Long story short I waited 18 weeks for the sale of my property to not go through so I changed to Bradley's to sell my property and thank goodness Tariq helped me keep my purchase. This all started in July 2020 we have had 2 lockdowns to go through changes in property prices etc... it is now April 2021.
