GoogleRang recently about offering Torquay branch to sell my house ,spoke to an assistant who was checking my name on some sort of previous customer list (black list).
,Although i know i had an issue in the past but not that serious i would not do business with them again. He said the manager would ring me back, surprisingly she did not, obviously not bothered about the business besides i sold my house soon after and thats their loss,i suggest management look into this and make sure your not losing business just because your manager has problems with petty issues.I wont be using you again

Dear Michael, thank you for taking the time to write this review, although there is no record of you ever having contacted us in Torquay. Should someone be looking to sell, we would treat this enquiry with the upmost importance so would appreciate you contacting us with further details by sending an email to marketing@beagroup.co.uk. to investigate the matter further. To clarify, we certainly do not run any type of 'black list'.

As we cannot find a record of you having dealt with our Camborne Branch it seems a little strange to post such a negative comment without any further details. We take our customer experience extremely seriously and therefore would ask that if you would like to raise an issue, please email info@beagroup.co.uk and we can process it directly with you. thank you.

GoogleClaire and Nick were amazing from start to finish, always going above and beyond I can’t recommend them enough. Not only did they do their job they were really supportive through a very stressful sale. I have no doubt that without their help and persistence we wouldn’t have completed the sale. Really can’t thank them both enough.

GoogleWe had a very good experience with Bradleys. We used their broker David- who managed to secure us a mortgage in principle even though our circumstances were a bit complicated and changed several times due to the first lockdown. We were then passed to a case manager - Emily - who did a brilliant job of chasing up the lender when there were delays.
Buying a house off plan during lockdown was a very stressful experience and we experienced some setbacks and delays, so much so that it seemed like it might never happen.
We were well supported every step of the way though by Shah at Nansledan. He kept us up to date, and was really on top of chasing up the solicitors and keeping us informed. He managed to stay cheerful and reassuring even when I was a bit stressed and phoning him a lot! He also made some helpful suggestions and was very diplomatic when my husband and I couldn't initially agree on the colour of tiles or worktops :-)
Shah stayed in touch once we'd moved in and was on hand to help still even when we'd been officially handed over to Morrish, even coming down to help after he finished work one evening when I couldn't figure out how to set the heating timer. He was a pleasure to deal with throughout and made a stressful experience feel just a little bit easier.
We were so happy with our new house once were able to go in and look at it- it was even more beautiful than than we'd imagined from looking at the drawings, and we are still just as happy now that we've been here for a couple months.
Morrish have been great and have responded really quickly to some bits of snagging work - for example, once we reported an issue late on a Friday afternoon and at 8.30am on the Monday morning we had the site manager and a decorator on our doorstep, ready to come in and fix it. They have all been really polite to deal with, including the customer service team who I've emailed with any issues, and consistently provided great customer service.

GoogleCannot believe what's just happened to my friend one day before the final signing for a property in Cornwall called hillgate Farm represented by Richard the manager of the estate agents Bradley's at Newquay after Alex the man we were dealing with has gone AWOL have turned around and scaffold the deal so they can take it off the market and raise the price by 75 grand because of repeated interest in the property because they couldn't even be bothered to list the property on the internet as sale agreed which has led to repeated calls of so-called interest in the property after my friend has just spent £4300 on lawyers fees and searches after finding out that the property needs a minimum of £30,000 spent to replace roofs on the house and flat roof and recommendations to get past control to inspect for wood destroying insects in the timber frame the property also needed cladding to prevent the damp and also so the estate agent beat around the bush and didn't want to admit that the property across the road was owned by travellers and was registered as a gypsy site for two mobile homes he also admitted on the phone that in his opinion he didn't need to disclose the problems with the property that are listed in the surveyors report even the surveyor said that he personally wouldn't touch the property with a barge pole because of all of the problems including hidden damp and rafters rotten in the roof
So all I can say is buyer beware of HillGate Farm and Bradleys Estate Agents in Cornwall is old mutton dressed as lamb and I will leave you with Richard's last quote which was told to us tonight by the son of the people that are selling the home when he said yeah but Richard told us it doesn't matter all the Londoners are going mad for property down here at the moment and they'll buy anything so all I have to say say to greedy pencil pusher Richard the SOP is well done what professionalism scuse me while I choke laughing. One last thing I would like to make quite plain the only reason Bradley's has received one star is because you cannot leave none

Dear Mr. Fox, we believe reviews to be an integral part of any business, although it would be more appropriate if your friend provided their own review with their own words as this doesn't quite tally up with the way events unfolded according to the office and also the vast array of notes on our database. A simplified version would be that due to various works being highlighted following a survey the buyer asked to re-negotiate the price, which he then accepted wasn't justified and agreed to proceed. At the final stages, the buyer again asked to re-negotiate the price, which wasn't agreeable (still) to the sellers. As a result, they withdrew from selling to your friend and re-marketed their home. When naming people or properties, it is important to get all the correct information, which isn't the case in the above from what we can see from the property file and speaking with the office. Clearly if your friend feels they wish to take the matter further please inform them to email info@beagroup.co.uk and we will be pleased to discuss the matter directly. In the meantime, we wish your friend all the best with their property search.

GoogleI mainly dealt with Chloe who would call me to arrange viewings. She was never pushy - always asking if the day/time was convenient for me. Mostly she gave feedback straight after the viewing - if she had to rush off she’d always contact me soon after to give feedback. Unlike many estate agents I’ve used in the past, Chloe never set up viewings with people who weren’t able to proceed with a purchase if they liked the property. This was important to me - not just because of Covid, but also because of time issues.
Once I had a buyer, Chloe kept in contact - letting me know how things were progressing and always checking if I had any questions or concerns. There was a lack of communication towards the end of the sale (conveyancers) where it was challenging to get an agreed completion date. Chloe went above and beyond to contact everyone in order to come up with an agreed date. The person I was purchasing from also noticed this and commented ‘we wouldn’t be exchanging now if it wasn’t for Chloe!’ I cannot recommend her enough. My daughter thought she was fantastic and probably saved the sale.

She went above and beyond with chasing solicitors and the chain to help us reach this point. Chloe kept us fully informed at every stage of the process and was very reassuring. She dealt with us in a very friendly and professional way and listened very carefully to what we were looking for. Chloe made us feel valued as customers and we felt very confident in dealing with her. She is great asset to Bradleys and I would fully recommend Chloe and Bradleys to anyone looking for a home either to buy or rent in the Plymouth area.😀
