An outstanding service throughout! Not only sold my house within days of it going on the market, they worked tirelessly to find me a new property. All staff were very professional and helpful, although Sam went above and beyond several times to help me, with updates on the sale/purchase, answering my questions out of hours and giving me friendly advise. I was that impressed with the service I would only sell a property with Bradley’s, head & shoulders above any other estate agent in Torbay.

I put my house up for sale after having to move back up North due to family care circumstances, and this was all very unexpected and happened in a very short period of time. I have nothing but the highest praise for Debbie and the amazing team ( Karen, Sharon, Natalie & Sam ) at Bradleys in Paignton, who whilst being very professional, were also extremely helpful and friendly, always reassuring me during a long, and at times, difficult sale. I would not hesitate to recommend any future buyer/sellers to use Bradleys, you can rest assured you will be well looked after from start to finish. The whole process overall was very good. They were eager to help at all stages. There could be a smoother process in place with regards to people you're dealing with. In my experience I went from 1 person to another to another. The people themselves were lovely, professional and keen to help but it was having that uncertainty about who I was to ask for or speak to. Being a first time buyer, on some occasions, I felt abit dumb or foolish for not knowing what something meant and this made me feel like the other person on the line just wanted me off the phone. Maybe it would be best going forward to know what the clients experience is and dumb down/explain if neccasary. I would reccomend them to anyone though helped me alot throughout and chased up the relevant people.

As we have arranged to view a property, I turned up with my wife at the address. Someone greeted us by the road and she said that her name is Tracy. She took us inside the house, she didn't talk much and we walked around alone, We liked the look of the property so we said we want it however she said mentioned that if we are not British then we can't have it. This is absolutely disgraceful.. we do not not need to be British citizen in order to rent a property. Just to clarify that I am a British citizen and my wife has indefinitely to remain in the UK. I will most certainly make a complain to all relevant departments..

Dear Busra Taskin, we appreciate you taking the time to review your experience, although it appears there may have been some confusion. We had over 20 applications for the property, which we managed to shortlist so all applicants were put to the landlord and he made a decision. It is never an easy decision for any Landlord when you have multi applicants wanting to be put forward, unfortunately, we had to disappoint several clients including yourselves. At your viewing, my colleague Tracy rang the office to check what ID you required and was a passport sufficient as your partner did not have an English passport. We rang Tracy back and informed her that your partner would require a share code following the Government having changed the law last year, which wasn't the response you wanted. We did not say at any stage you could not apply for the property due to not being a British Citizen. We made it clear we would need the share code in order to confirm the right to rent checks we have to carry out on all non-British citizens wishing to apply for a rental property. We are a very professional company and we carry out all protocols correctly. We do wish you the best of luck finding a home and would advise sourcing the share code as all letting companies will require it.

Very sad to say we lost our new home today. Bradley’s were very good selling ours but not so good on keeping us up to date with the buyers who let us down on the day we were to exchange contracts. We are sad and disappointed. No phone call from the person dealing with the buyers at Bradley’s, we were told via our solicitors. Such a waste of time and energy.NegativeResponsiveness

Bradleys are by far the best estate agents we have used - the reason we chose to market our house with Bradleys was after going along to view houses with them it was clear that they were on another level in terms of selling! We really loved how they 'sold' us parts we were worried about and were not afraid to give us perspective or ideas. The team have been VERY honest and responsive... always return calls and give great advice. Unfortunately we have not had this in the past from other agents and so are very pleased with the experience we have had with Bradleys. Compassionate, kind and supportive are the words that come to mind when I think of the service I received form Bradley’s team in Paignton.
