GoogleRefused to pass our offer to the seller because we didn't view the house (we didn't view it because they wouldn't fit us in, despite us saying all along we were looking to put an offer). However the video, pictures, plans and google maps were enough for us to decide, so who are you to say we are not really interested? We were even willing to go over the asking price as we were very keen on the location. So a deservice to both us prospective buyers and to the sellers, who may not have had the best offer on that property.

GoogleWe had excellent service from Harry and Sharon. They both tried to help move things along quicker with solicitors and were always happy to answer our questions. They were both very efficient in answering emails and phone calls. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleAwful. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has not requested a viewing for a property because it is listed with Bradley's. No contact. Calling the office constantly to be told its with head office. No customer service. Repetitve form filling. In a time when the market is moving so quickly, it baffles me how slow and unresponsive they are.

Dear Tania, Apologies that you feel you have not had the customer experience that we strive for. If you would be happy to share some further details, that would be helpful so that we can address any issues you had and ensure they do not happen again. If you are able to provide some further information to info@beagroup.co.uk it would be appreciated.

GoogleAbsolutely awful, no way of contacting them via the phone as you press the option and are then disconnected. You are then expected to divulge all sorts of personal details before they even confirm the properties availablity. Finally the online chat system confirms the properties availablity for the office to then contradict this entirely. You would think you could get the basics in order or update your own website with this information.

GoogleProperty availability showing on all platforms including their own website. When you call you are told by an automated system to go & fill in a form you don't even speak to a human. The form itself is incredibly intrusive just to try & book a viewing. To have to divulge your savings & Experian score just to be able to view a property I think is extremely intrusive at this stage, only have I ever had to divulge this information is during the referencing stages never just to view a property.
So after having to fill out all yours & your partner's personal information (might aswell ask for our blood types while you're at it) you are then told the property is no longer taking bookings... Yet this isn't stated anywhere previous to filling in pages of personal information.. so what's the point in this form? To get more people to sign up to your website so you are then bombarded with properties you have no interest in..
Extremely poor way of doing things.. & have no idea why you need all that information just for us to be able to walk around a property, had it been to secure it I'd understand but this was way ott to then be told the property is no longer taking bookings.. awful system. Have properties with for sale signs yet have already been sold not even showing on their site again just a marketing ploy.
Tried contacting the branch through numerous ways & even though I was promised that someone would contact me 3 times no one ever did. Even a email to the branch manager was left with no response. So many better estate agents out there that you can actually talk to a human & get a response from & where you don't have to give them all your personal details before even getting a viewing.

Dear Sarah, we're sorry to hear of your disappointment as we take our customer experience extremely seriously. Unfortunately due to the continued extremely high demand for rental properties we simply have no other way of processing the volumes of enquiries. We try to contact all enquirers, even those that do not meet the criteria for a property, although we're aware the demand is so high we aren't managing to get to everyone.
The branch Manager does not appear to have received an email, unless it is in the spam filter, however, if you wish to provide further information to info@beagroup.co.uk we can be sure to look into the matter further or pass on details where required.

GoogleBradleys shaldon tried to sell our house with no success. They are ok whenit comes to reducing the price and with a house that sells itself but when it comes to selling they are very poor. There was also evidence that they lead buyers to put in low offers, some 300k below the asking price. If you want an agent to maximise your selling price i suggest you try Darts

Dear Rob T, we respect your opinion although the multitude of other reviews both before and after yours would suggest the team in Shaldon do a sterling job of selling homes and achieving the best price in a timescale that suits our clients. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case for you although we are pleased you have managed to successfully sell your home and wish you all the best in the future.

GoogleBradleys Estate Agents at Shaldon have been fantastic. They could not have been more helpful and could not have made more effort, through what has been a difficult purchase, none of the problems having anything to do with Bradleys.
Every phone call and every visit was handles very professionally and always with a smile.

GoogleMartin Clements came to me to do a valuation on the property. He was prompt, very professional, and knowledgeable. He had carried out a lot of research before coming to do the valuation and after viewing the property gave us a valuation and was able to give the reasons for the valuation.
The valuation was put into writing and an email arrived in my inbox later that afternoon. Excellent service. I will certainly choose Bradleys Helston again.

GoogleI honestly couldn't have asked for more from Bradley's during the purchase of my property. The team were always on hand to support me and without an estate agent managing my sale, they really helped me through the process with advice and guidance! I wouldn't hesitate in using Bradley's in the future and cannot recommend highly enough!
