GoogleMe and my wife had just arrived in Cardiff and were looking for a flat in the Cardiff Bay area. After contacting Taylors, we were able to quickly receive information and book viewings of properties which matched exactly with what we were looking for, we cannot wait to sign the contract and move in to our new home! GoogleIt was my first time I needed to find accommodation in the UK, more precisely in Cardiff, and it was a really hard thing for me, a lot of new and incomprehensible processes. But Taylors helped me do all of this searching really easily. I really quickly the perfect apartment and all of the paper work was a breeze thanks to the agency. GoogleMy expereince with Taylors Cardiff Bay has been fantastic. Both Jake and Keia were incredably patient and accomodating with me, as a first time tenant, kindly answering all of my questions and providing me with plenty of information and advice. They guided me every step of the way and made the process as smooth and trouble free as possible. The process from finding a suitable rental property to getting the keys was simple and fast. Overall, Taylors was very effective and Jake's and Keia's personal support was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

GoogleLooking for a private accommodation in Cardiff was not a pleasant experience for me as an international student. However, Taylors team were a life saver for me. After trying so many agencies, leaving all my contact details with dozens of them. Taylors was the only agency who really cared and kept me updated with till I found a suitable property. I really appreciate their customers service approach especially because I was too busy not able to chase the listing properties in Rightmove and other websites. Having someone who does this job for you was tremendously helpful. I’m looking for keeping up this spectacular customer service during my tenancy because my experience with Taylors so far made me very optimistic about the whole customer service experience to be outstanding. GoogleSales representatives very helpful, always helpful exchanges. Maintenance very average, often asked to chase and confirm contractors yourself, no accountability on them to push to get your property fixed (haven’t experienced this with previous tenancy’s) Getting deposit back - very poor. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m awaiting a quote for a small amount of paint to be patched up (came off when cleaning). New tenants already in. Luckily I’m not desperate for the money back, but if I was a struggling family who needed the money I’d be in a pickle.
