GoogleThese have been the worst property management I have ever used to manage my property. I do not advise you use them to manage your property. You will have problem after problem and be charged exorbitant fees. Then they will refuse to pick up your calls and reply emails b If I could give zero or negative stars. I would.

GoogleI recently dealt with Ben at Taylor’s Estate Agents in Roath and honestly, the service stood out straight away. From the first interaction, Ben was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He kept everything simple, explained things properly, and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions. Nothing felt like too much effort, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. It’s pretty clear that Ben sets the standard at this branch. If the rest of the team works at the same level, they’re doing something right. I’d have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent in the area.
