I’ve just purchased a property through Taylors in Roath and would like to thank Emily and in particular Ben for an excellent job which, in fairness, was not an easy purchase but he made it an easy purchase with his attention to detail, strong communication skills, practical approach and his determination to follow up on all the sale/purchasing steps through to completion. I’m very grateful for all his and Emily's help to enable the purchase of the property. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Taylor’s to anyone looking to purchase (or sell or rent) in the area with the quality of staff they have in Ben and Emily and the rest of the team.

Awful estate agent. We were in contact with them almost 2 years ago to have our property valued. We since decided not to list or let, which I have told them multiple times but I’m still being hounded with calls 18 MONTHS LATER!! I’ve requested on numerous occasions that they stop calling me and have actually blocked them, but that doesn’t stop them from being able to leave answer phone messages which they still do weekly! Terrible sales practise. They are awful pests that will harass you until the end of time. Avoid!

Me and my partner are first time buyers, we spoke to Nicholas the mortgage advisor and we could not have asked for anyone better! We knew minimal information about mortgages before meeting Nich, but Nicholas has been an absolute gem helping us find the best that suits us and our situation. Calls were repeatedly promised but never arrived. Eventually, we got told that our offer had been rejected a full 10 days prior. Do not use this letting agent.
