GoogleZero Stars. Find a different letting agent !! This letting agency has been so unprofessional. We moved out of the property six months ago and for the entire six months I have been calling and leaving voicemails repeatedly and have been completely ignored. Not a single response. No explanation. No accountability. The day after we returned the keys several packages were delivered to the property. Despite endless attempts to contact them they have refused to grant us access or assist in retrieving our belongings. Holding people’s property and refusing communication is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable conduct. Today I finally managed to speak to a sales agent with the initials Emily M and the experience was appalling. She was rude dismissive and unhelpful. She openly admitted she has only been working there for three weeks yet has already adopted the company’s culture of bad customer service. Instead of helping she brushed off the issue and showed zero interest in resolving anything. This company has no respect for tenants past or present. Six months of silence is not a mistake it is a pattern. If you value basic communication professionalism or being treated like a human being avoid this letting agency at all costs. Once they have the money they want from you they simply stop caring.
Having investigated your review then subsequent complaint which I believe is both malicious and totally disingenuous, whilst the call was not recorded it was observed by a Senior Manager as the member of staff you spoke to was new to our business, who then recorded time stamped notes immediately afterwards specifically because the member of staff was left upset by your call. They tried to assist you professionally, but you become extremely rude and abusive as she simply couldn’t give you the answer you wanted and whilst she offered to get someone to call you back you continued to swear at her and berate her ability to do her job and then proceeded to hang up on her. You also made no other attempt to contact the branch after this call. We have also since checked and there is no record of you making any attempt to contact us in relation to the post you got delivered 6 months ago. We understand you have subsequently spoken to our Customer relations team who have also investigated this as a complaint and rejected your complaint.
