GoogleThis the only agency letting that dosent allow to give keys because other haven't done there guarantor. 12 days of rent wasted 😬. Would give one star but cant. Josef …
Hi Joe, Thanks for your feedback. We are unable to locate you on our system due to your name. We have seen you've left quite a few reviews in Manchester so perhaps you have the wrong branch? Could you please email me at bena@nicholashumphreys.com to discuss further?

GoogleAnother agency who are happy to let unresolved issues fester at the expense of the tenants wellbeing. The owner is lovely but this doesn't remedy the issue with the house.
Hi Matthew, thanks for your review. We apologise you have received this service.

GoogleAs a tenant using nicholas humphreys as an estate agent i am shocked at the poor service that they have provided. Mine and my fellow housemates emails have been consistently ignored and when we ring to find out information on our property the details seem to change every time. The whole process has become a large burden and i am not happy about the service they provide. All the staff seem to provide is a response of "oh"
Hi Pete, thank you for your review. We do not hold any of your details on our file and are unable to trace you as a client of the Norwich Branch. Can you possibly email bena@nicholashumphreys.com to discuss further? Thanks, Nicholas Humphreys

All of the team have great local knowledge - second to none in the area. It really was a seamlessly run process - thank you very much Sam and the Nicholas Humpreys Norwich team!!

GoogleDanielle has been there for every stage of the purchase of our house, and has always gone above and beyond her job to help us get what we want. She is always very personable, and I'd much rather use NH again because of her. Thanks so much.
Hi Daniel, thanks for your review! We hope to work with you again for your next property sale!

GoogleI sold my house through Humohreys . They were extremely efficient, helpful and professional. They seemed very determined in what they were going to achieve same price wise and in my view achieved a better price than I expected . The commission charged was also extremely reasonable . I highly recommend this agent .
Hi Steve, thanks for your review.. Glad we got your property sold nice and quickly! We look forward to finding you some fantastic tenants for your next investment property.
