GoogleAbsolutely appalling housing agents, I would rate them 0 stars if I could. lived in my house for a year with the worst damp on my bedroom wall. When the damp finally just got painted over a year after the issue was raised and once someone came to paint over the damp a massive hole was made in my wall! DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE!

GoogleJess Kay manages to combine being very professional with being very personable to deal with. She is extremely constructive and effective in finding student groups for our different properties and the feed back we get from tenants is always positive.

GoogleNicholas Humphrey have surpassed all my expectations of what an lettings/estate agency can be. I have been in a position of having to asks lots of questions about areas and specific properties. The response has always been swift, and incredibly informative based on unparalled local knowledge. Professionalism at its highest. I can't recommend them highly enough.
