GoogleUtterly horrible! Run, run, from them! They will ghost all attempts at communication and leave you with an abysmal house with more than a dozen things to be fixed. Their place on London Road is now defunct and looks like to be a bike shop.

GoogleNick came just to fix our shower but he also had a look at other problems in our house, it was a massive help because there were quite a few issues. It was so helpful and he did a great job and he was friendly as well.

GoogleNot great at all! Lack of communication! Only get active communication when they need something from you. Been calling for weeks/months to resolve issues but gets thrown around in circles most of the time. They have also switched to remote and have no physical office within Southampton. Any calls are essentially forwarded to a different reception that would be clueless to your situation each time. They would tell you that all they can do is forward your message with high priority to the relevant recipient but I've been waiting over 2.5 weeks and called multiple times, to no avail. Bad at vetting out tenants, lived with tenant they put through who was rude and did not pay bills. Also took everyone's deposit. Agency offered no help to resolve the issue throughout the tenancy. This terrible tenant also claims to know the agency well and use it as a threat. Recently also found out he left 5 star reviews of the place which feels like everything is intentional which is deeply hurtful. Similar to most reviews, I'd rate it lower if I could. There are lots more I can share but for sake of time, I'll leave it as is. Would not recommend and avoid at all costs! Out of the agencies I've been through in the last 3 years in Southampton, the only I would recommend is StudentNoFees but their average rent and bills price are a little higher.

GoogleI recently had an issue with my boiler that took some time to be resolved, but I truly want to thank Leanne for her patience, kindness and professionalism. She was always polite, responsive, and genuinely tried to help, even when the situation was difficult. In the end, everything was fixed and I really appreciate her support throughout the whole process. It means a lot to deal with someone who cares and communicates with respect. Highly recommend Nicholas Humphreys, especially Leanne, thank you again for your help!
