GoogleDidn't choose any of their properties in the end to rent, but all the staff were very polite and not pushy when it came to deciding. Dom was especially belpful. Will consider using them next year as most of the house were really nice.

GoogleNicholas Humphries made sorting a house for the coming year a dream, both Dan and Jon were always on hand for any queries we had, including advice on bills and landlords. Their office was welcoming, and the process of signing over was quick and easy, no unnecessary waiting on the right papers. I will definitely use them again this year!

GoogleNicholas Humphreys provided a truly splendid service in helping my friends and I find our second year university house in Lenton (UNAYY), both Dominic and Emily were fantastic. Everything was completed efficiently and effectively. I would therefore wholeheartedly recommend using the chaps at Nicholas Humphreys.

GoogleJust to say a HUGE Thank You to Dominic and more recently Emily who have helped me for the last 2 years with my houses. When sorting out my first house, Dom walked me through the process and I ended up getting a great house that everyone was pleased with. Any problems (including losing keys on a night out :D ) were sorted out straight away, usually the same day, so I can't rate them enough. When switching over properties this year Emily was better than perfect. The whole process only took a couple of days and the new house was sorted. Sorting out picking up the keys when i moved in this week only needed a text and she was straight round. Couldn't be more pleased with the company and will definitely be using them in the future. Keep the good work up!

GoogleHaving just purchased my first property through Nicholas humphreys I highly recommend them. Throughout the whole experience with Kevin Laban at the Nottingham branch, I have been guided through the process swiftly and any queries were dealt with ASAP. Often I would send an email for an update outside of normal office hours but Kevin would take the time to update me, even if this was beyond the closing time of their office. I would highly recommend to others and potentially look forward to using their services once again in the future!

GoogleHad a couple of problems with how the previous tenants had left the property, the Nicholas Humphreys team were straight on it. Dan and Jon, were particularly helpful (and easy to talk to), and had everything sorted straight away. Would definitely recommend them to anyone, much better than any of other estate agents I have used Nottingham.

GoogleBrilliant estate agents! Sorted any issues with our house so quickly. Dom, Emily, Dan, Jon, Joe were all helpful throughout the two years I was a tenant in their properties. They were brilliant with deposits and making me and housemates feel welcome as soon as we moved in. Great property portfolio and a great team in general! Advised for buying, selling and renting properties, for both students and professionals.

GooglePoor service, and beware, moved in and paid rent for first 4 months then recieved a letter saying I hadn't paid a penny and I owed them £3000 that's all you need to know

GoogleIf you're a student do not go with these guys! We've had house viewings where they didn't give us 24hrs notice, found a lot of glass shards (at least 26) in the garden which they've refused to do anything about & have refused to replace a broken window at the front door because its not a 'High Risk' They've also been blacklisted by the university! Do not go with these guys!

GoogleAbsoutely shocking. Moved in a student house which has literally fallen to pieces over the 9 months I've been present. Ceilings collapsed in both bathroom and separately in one of the bedrooms. Furnishings and appliances probably date back to the second world war and when I moved in the kitchen light didn't work so had to prepare evening meals via candle light for 2 weeks until they finally fixed it. The garden was so overgrown it was impossible to exit the backdoor and every night around 11pm a family of slugs appear on the kitchen floor and walls - just what you need in the kitchen isn't it? Was also told 'includes internet' but what that actually meant was a 'contribution' towards some of the cost. Don't use this agency, they are immoral and care nothing for their customers and their standard of living. The prices are outrageously expensive for what you get, disgusting company. STAY AWAY!

GoogleThe worst estate agent to use in Derby. I've had estate agents coming to my student property without any knowledge of a viewing demanding to conduct one, and did not like it when I turned him away due to it being against the law - you need 24 hours notice of a viewing! The estate agents themselves are rude, send snide e-mails about viewings and never once apologise to your face, but will through a computer screen. My landlord didn't check the property after the previous tenants left, and as a result of food being left down the back of the sofa, it was covered in mould (which we had to deal with ourselves) and had mice! The property we rented was out-dated, needed a lot of work doing to it and was literally falling to bits. Not worth dealing with them again hence me now using Blue I properties who are incredibly kind people and willing to tend to any queries you may have.

GoogleDO NOT SIGN ON WITH THESE PEOPLE. Absolute criminals. Just claimed to "repair" my bed by literally nailing a wooden slab onto it. This is after a MONTH of asking for it to be repaired. The house was in disrepair when we moved in, they have no concern for anything but taking your money
