A really professional company to deal with. Sian handled my tenancy application and I have got to say she was amazing. She kept me informed on application and helped me with any queries I had. Whilst in the property if I had any issues regarding the property I knew I could call upon her to sort it out for me. She really did go the extra mile. I Haven’t got a bad word to say whatsoever. I’ve been with afew letting agency’s and this one is by far the best!

We are landlords with a portfolio of 10 student properties and have been with Nicholas Humphries for 3 years now. They are fantastic from finding tenants, managing our properties and also in resolving any tenant issues. I dealt personally with Sian, she was so thorough and patient listening to our needs and went above and beyond to find us the house we were after. I used NH to manage a house in Stoke for the best part of 3 years. For most of that time it was fully let to students despite not being in the best student area. I can't recommend Becky and Rob highly enough. They were a pleasure to deal with and addressed any issues promptly and efficiently, making the whole process hassle-free for me as someone based in London. From my experience definitely the best agent in the area!

We had a scheduled viewing for a room with them, but the day of we were stood up, and found out through browsing the ads that it had been let already, and we were never notified to cancel the viewing appointment. Absolutely rude, unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend at all. And from other reviews, I see it’s a systematic issue. Avoid!
