GoogleMy friend and I recently moved into a new build and due to circumstances unforeseen and out of control for the team at Nicholas Humphreys, Maddie was amazing at resolving every situation. We had several issues with the landlord changing our move in date but Maddie always responded quickly and efficiently and reassured me throughout the process. Herself and Jodie have been wonderful in getting us moved in as soon as possible and ensuring it was as smooth as they could make it. Thank you both so much for keeping us sane and continuously keeping our spirits raised and taking matters into your own hands when it was completely out of your control!

GoogleSo i had a booking to view a house at 3 oclock so we show up wait 5 mins out side in the cold. We are like where are they (3.05pm). So we wait in the car till 3.20pm. We then call them they say oh the person said you weren't there someone will be will you in 10 mins. 3.45pm a car is out side the house so we get out the car to see a lady walk out with 2 guys who she presumed was me and a mate she had shown round. She said i will show you round we get shown around quickly she tajes us out side says someone will come we were like why didnt you ask those guys for my name to see if it was us took 40 mins of waiting to get shown around 3 properties one of which they didnt have a key to show one of the bed rooms. So unorganized dumb due to the fact they didnt even ask to see if it was us they were showing round and had the nerve to lie about showing up on time and not seeing us. I would give zero stars if it was an option!!!! DONT GO WITH THIS AGENCY!!!!!!

GoogleAfter not being able to find tenants for the next academic year, Nicholas Humphreys have been fantastic. A really professional approach to letting my two student properties. I now have a designated property manager deals with any issues with either property.
