Googlevery nice guys to work with I put my 6 bed house on the market. Nicholas Humphreys let out all the bedrooms in two weeks. Great service highly recommend. very professional compared to other agents in the town, which i wont name and shame

GoogleI’ve found that Bhav and his team were very efficient with finding me a house to rent especially being a student and having specific requirements. I found difficulties with my first house that I rented through them in regards to the landlord and Bhav quickly found a new house for me and made it very easy for me surrounding this. They are all very friendly and willing to help when they can. I would highly recommend them for student lettings and normal lettings.

GoogleA lovly gentalman called Paul was dealing with the property, he kept to his word and made me feel valued as a tenant, I lived in a old house and was in a hurry to move out, he made it simple and easy while answering all the questions I asked with helpful information, I'm now in my new house all settled in and can thank Paul for leasing between myself and the landlord to make this less stressful 😊 Couldn't fault him on bit, Thank you !

GoogleWe made a booking on Saturday to see a property in Swadlincote on Monday. They didnt turn up to the viewing. When I called they didnt have keys to the property (why didn't they know this when I booked) and had written down my mobile and email incorrectly so couldn't let me know. I'm relocating from 2 hours away so hugely inconvient. Steer clear.

GoogleI’ve rented various properties over the yrs but Since my last property with Nicholas Humphreys I won’t rent through anyone else. The service was exceptional and nothing was to much trouble. Really can’t praise the staff and property manager enough.

GoogleAll the member of staff do really good job. Eileen was in the past our helper- she’s done amazing job. Matt is my brother ‘s helper, he was really helpful and he’s done his job perfectly.Paul Wills is our helper now from Burton branch. He is really helpful, always do his best, I know if my family ‘s got any problem or questions he’ll sorted in short time! He always answer the emails, phone calls. I think this House agent the best! Thank you for everything

GoogleOf all of the estate agents I have dealt with Nicholas Humphreys in Burton have been the best by far. Excellent communication and so quick to turn things around. I always knew what was going on and they continuously kept me updated with the purchase of my property. I highly recommend them over other estate agents that I have dealt with in the past. Friendly and personal service... 5 stars guys, thanks for making my buying experience a memory to remember and not a nightmare to forget!

GoogleVery disorganised firm. Often have to resend emails two or three times to get a response. As well as this they often hide many things behind their contracts and never provide clarity. They were very good at the start of the process but seems as soon as they had taken my money they started to mess me around and be very unreliable.
