I really appreciated that he took time to reflect and come back with a considered valuation. We chose to go with the firm as they had an enthusiasm about the property that other firms didn't. The lovely Victoria Wood in the Nunthorpe office handled negotiations for us. This was done in a very professional way. Very important to me as I do not condone gazumping or dodgy dealings!
