Sam was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He sold my house for the full asking price within just 6 days, which completely exceeded my expectations (Yopa's valuation was £45,000 lower!) From the moment we met, Sam's passion for the Upton area really shone through, he genuinely cares about the community and knows the local market inside out. I recently sold my flat and purchased my next property through Ashton Stripp, and the whole experience was excellent. From a seller’s perspective, they were super communicative throughout, Bella kept me updated immediately after every viewing, which was really appreciated. Once offers were accepted, both Paul and Bella played a massive part in getting the sales completed in just 10 weeks. Their professionalism and dedication made the process so much smoother. We recently viewed a rental property which we'd found online. Chloe met us at the house and showed us around, answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. What we really liked, besides how friendly and cheerful she was, she was very honest and not at all pushy. We didn't feel rushed which we really appreciated. Our application was then forwarded to Issy who has equally been very helpful and ensured a smooth process with great communication. Our family are looking forward to our move this month and continued support from a professional team
