GoogleI had an appointment to look at a house on October 27th and today I went and half an hour before our meeting they asked me for information about my annual earnings, I sent it and I had already informed them by phone. A week ago I came from a long distance and slept for a total of 4 hours. I paid 29 pounds for the ticket. I took a taxi to Croydon and was about to get there when I got a message saying it was cancelled. I went straight to the office and asked why I cancelled it. They told me straight to my face, I'm lying. They said the landlord gave it to someone else and they had a bit of a sarcastic attitude. They did not inspire any trust. They are people who lack tolerance and respect.

GoogleUnfortunately had a really bad experience with this company and would not recommend them. They were totally unprofessional and rude. Did'nt return calls to myself and our estate agents and solicitor over a property that we had been accepted for, but later backed out due to alot of issues that had been going on for 5 months. We have since found another property and have been dealing with another estate agent that have been a breath of fresh air, so friendly, approachable and nothing is too much trouble at all.

Honestly could not fault them, they was amazing and went above and beyond to help me with a not so straight forward sale. They are fast with responses and deal with matters and at a point in my sale I was feel very disconnected with my sale and not very informed by other people, but these guys had no problem keeping me updated and made me feel part of my own house purchase again. I would recommend them to everyone and have already done so a few times.

This wasn't an easy process due to the nature of the sale but Helen was amazing. Professional always and very knowledgeable and always had a smile whenever I popped into the branch. I always had faith that Michael Poole estate agency and especially Helen, would deliver even when the other party foolishly didn't. Everything completed with ease. GoogleI rented out my property through Michael Poole Eston with the help of Danielle. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, with the entire rental process clearly explained. The tenancy agreement was prepared quickly, and the inventory was done with great care. On top of that, their fees were very competitive. I will definitely use their services again in the future.
