GoogleWhat a great experience. I recently worked along side Junaid and Neil to deliver yet another exceptional sale to one of my vendors. As it often happens we faced a few obstacles during the sales progression and these two gentlemen handled it with care and drove the sale across the line. It was a great offer too. GoogleMassive thank you to Clint for the sale on our apartment. Clint put our apartment on the market and less than 2 weeks later.. sold it! From start to finish Clint kept us in the loop with absolutely everything and walked us through every step of the way. Selling a property can be very stressful but Clint made it smooth sailing and effortless for us. GoogleGreat genuine, no nonsense service from Paul right from the start and some great advice on preparing the house for viewings. Great communication with the use of WhatsApp making it easy to keep both myself and my wife up to date with viewings etc. Paul had our property on the market very quickly and we soon had viewings and accepted an offer. We have and will continue to recommend Ashton Stripp to anyone looking to put their property on the market.

GoogleFrom starting the process of selling my home and calling into the office the next day to make appointment everyone was really helpful. Photos were done and valuation priced in my opinion very well as alot of places near me were on the market. 1st buyers came a few days later and I accepted an offer. Great service and friendly helpful staff. I would use again most definitely. Completion day went without a problem. Thanks guys Andy

GoogleFrom the very beginning David and Victoria in the nunthorpe branch have provided us with services that have been nothing short of outstanding. David carried out two home valuations as me and my partner are both selling at the same time. His professionalism and advice regarding marketing was second to none as our houses sold within 3 days!! The photos taken of our homes were fantastic and he made me feel at ease during the visits just being a very genuine and warm chap! Victoria has managed our sales thereafter, and also the purchase of our new home. Her experience and advise is worth its weight in gold. She has remained in constant communication throughout the process giving us every update as it happens, also making the whole process, which has been pretty complex with 2 homes, a lot more digestible. There pricing has been more than competitive and have offered us their recommended conveyancing services to make the whole process smoother. If I was to sell or purchase a house again in the future, I'd be knocking at the their door! Thanks Guys.

He managed to put my mind at ease at every corner and answered all my questions by reply email. The service not only found me excellent tennants but gave me full peace of mind. I would fully recommend MP lettings and particularly Oliver who was absolutely great.

He was proactive and always available when needed. Thanks to his hard work, and without making any empty promises, he made sure we were able to move in within just two weeks, with no issues at all.
