GoogleI've called 8 times this afternoon to try and reach someone. the line has cut out each time. I've not had a response to the ticket I've raised for 3 weeks despite it saying the lead time is 36 business hours and chasing them on email for a response several times.

The communication we received from both Molly and Emeline was amazing and we felt thoroughly updated throughout the process. Moving house can be a stressful experience and this move certainly was that and I cannot thank both Molly and Emeline enough for always being at the other end of the phone when we needed them. I cannot recommend Michael Poole, Billingham enough.

GoogleI have been trying to call this company for over a week, they have a phone number on there website which no one ever picks up. I have left messages after messages with there supports staff but no one ever calls back. Have even sent them emails. I don't understand why they have a phone number when no one is ever going to answer the phones. Extremely Bad Service, agents please beware of this.

GoogleAngela is the safest pair of hands you could put your sale into. She’s professional, friendly, insightful and really knows her onions. We had to accelerate our sale as we found our onward purchase sooner than expected. Angel was nothing but supportive, and turned the most unremarkable viewing (on paper) into an asking price over.
