GoogleWe’ve been using Inventory Base software for our property management portfolio and genuinely can’t fault it. The system is incredibly easy to use, with a clean interface and clear, professional reports that are simple to generate and share. One of the standout features for us is the ability to customise specific reports to suit our individual business needs. The level of detail included, particularly the photographs, is something our landlords really appreciate, as it gives them complete confidence in the condition of their properties. The recent AI introduction has also been a very welcome addition. It’s a real time-saver and helps streamline our workflow without compromising on quality or accuracy. With the upcoming Renters Rights Act, the software will be even more beneficial. The detailed property condition reports provide strong supporting evidence for claims and allow for clear, formal communication with both landlords and tenants following inspections. Having such a concise and reliable audit trail in place gives us and our clients real peace of mind. It’s become an essential part of our business, and we honestly wouldn’t be without it now. GoogleWith regards to the introduction of AI to complete reports I was a bit sceptical at first but after dialogue with Rosie Hoult in the sales department she persevered and answered all of my questions and although there are areas I feel that could be improved Rosie’s diligence and patience has proved worthwhile because I’ve got a better grasp of AI and I feel that I’m completing reports a lot quicker than I would’ve done without it. I just want to thank Rosie for persevering with me because I did ask silly questions at times and I’m glad to be using AI as i am now an advocate Thank you

GoogleThe actual reporting system is easy to use, I love how its flexible to your needs and is a great tool for a growing company. More importantly the staff are so helpful and get back to you quickly to help with any questions or issues. Rosie Bolt in Sales is exceptional, she goes above and beyond to ensure I know all there is to know about the system and is always at the end of the phone if I need her.

GoogleWe have been with Agent OS for over 15 years and I don't normally comment on these kind of platforms but we are desperate for a response and have exhausted all other avenues We are currently having major issues with emails and messages and this is having major implications with our business. We have been trying to get this resolved with Agent OS for over 2 weeks now but the customer service is non existent. They are very good at apologising but the organisation is totally faceless. We have had an external IT firm involved who know what the issue is and how to fix it but we simply cannot get any kind of cooperation from agent OS

Our house just needed ‘the right buyer’ and from our first meeting of Luke from Michael Poole, Stockton I believe he understood that. I felt he took a personal interest in our sale and worked very hard to find and show that buyer to our house. Kathryn then took over and did proper due diligence on the offer for us to feel confident about the buyers and the sale progressing. Throughout the sale process Kathryn and her team kept it as stress free as possible. Selling this house was reasonably emotional and I felt Kathryn showed empathy and understanding. Kathryn and the team did everything possible to make this a good process and I think went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend Michael Poole Stockton.
