GoogleNothing is conventional about Aibha. From the way her name is spelt versus the way it is said 🫣. If you aren't taken by her name, then you would by her gorgeousness. And if those two don't, you won't escape the excellence with which she carries out every viewing. I am thankful that you stayed patient with me to get a house. My orders were tall, my husband is picky, yet you stuck with me. I am mostly touched by how you remember me with every new house that springs up on the market. I have met many streets ahead agents, NONE have taken us as personal as you have.

We viewed a property that was for sale with Micheal Poole on December 30th 2025 and made an offer via email on the 30th. Although the office was closed on the 31st the office manager rang me from home. The offer was accepted. Though out the whole process Marian Gilhooly constantly kept in touch with updates. She was supportive, encouraging when things slowed down and incredibly helpful and professional. I don’t think that anything was too much trouble for her , she simply could not do enough for us. We are looking forward to receiving the keys to our new home next week and also looking forward to seeing Marian again.

GoogleCatherine was very helpful from start to finish with my house purchase. She quickly picked up my case after it was handed over from another member of staff and got up to speed without any issues. Although the seller’s solicitors were quite slow, she consistently chased them and kept things moving. She gave regular updates and clearly explained each stage of the process, which made everything easier to follow. I’ve worked with this conveyancing firm before and would highly recommend them for both affordability and quality of service. I will definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleNick at the Yarm Office helped us buy our flat, and helped us sell it a few years later! He’s been a fabulous help to us both times. He’s communicative, helpful, and gets straight to the point. I don’t plan on moving any time soon, but I know where I’d go if I did.
