GoogleWhat can i say "Im just the happiest person in the world. And that is because of Myles Blair for his FABULOUS Advice. During viewing time: I was worrying about my Italian bedroom set, that the flat i wen't to view with Him the bedroom was too small. So he advice me to use the secand room as dressing room. And i was like " what a fabulous idea, i think I'll take your advice,to do what you suggest and get the flat. So here I Am today. If He didn't gave me that FABULOUS advice today i would be still looking for a place. GoogleRude, insensitive, liars.. these 3 words describe them. Will do anything to get your money, even if it means making you homeless. I dealt with Diane Anderson and had a very very stressful experience for the sale of my property. Dominic Modell came on the last day to collect the keys and was behaving as if I have borrowed money from him and defaulted Stay away at any cost... !!!!

GoogleWe had a complicated schedule of 12 properties to get round on Saturday with various agents. Faye bent over backwards to help us out, and was professional and really knowledgable of each property we saw. We've also now seen a few properties with Kai who has been fantastic to deal with and really personable.

GoogleWe had a complicated move involving multiple houses which went on over a long period. Throughout this the whole streets ahead team were always excellent, namely Harley and Marina when I was trying to sell my house and then Courtney, Dianne (sales progressors) and Jason (sales manager) who took over progressing the sale. They always kept me in the loop and pushed to get completion through as quickly as possible.

GoogleI was liaising with Catherine and Diane and both were brilliant. I will definitely be recommending them and they were very helpful in allowing me to visit the property as many times as needed. It was a long procedure due to it being a new property but ladies were lovely to work with and the best I could have asked for.

GoogleRead the small print - contract tied in for 6 months. Lots of cancelled appointments and I was doing the chasing. Diane was very agressive and cared more about my buyers than myself as the seller....was told to pay for the buyers gas and electric certificates, thankfully a tradesman told me this should be done by the buyer not the seller to which Diane said 'so you're not going to pay?'! Then threatend by Diane that I should break the chain and exchange on a day I was going on holiday so I did not loose the buyer - otherwise known as their commision. Great for them, as I did this, my things are now in storage for over 2 months, as rest of chain still not completed! AVOID - they just care about the commission not the seller.

GoogleAbsolutely A* Diane was amazing! It was not one of the smoothest processes but she was patient , knowledgeable and understanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was extremely supportive. As for the company as a whole, well I can see why they are one of the most popular estate agents in the area! They sold our property within a week after previously being on with another agent for 7 weeks. They have our vote! Thank you so much!

GoogleA lovely office and lovely staff. Tea and coffee offered as you sit and wait in their big brother chairs. They are unbeatable for serbice in Croydon for buying and selling properties. They even offer to drive you to and from house viewings.
