Our account managers are always happy to help, they refer us onto some of their other systems and businesses they collaborate with and it's a fantastic way to explore alternative ways of working. GoogleAbsolutely appalling. Continued taking Direct Debit after cancellation of services then ignored our numerous refund requests. Having to get the bank to reclaim. AVOID.

GoogleGreat service from both Sam and Sahara, really helped me from start to finish and even continued to look after me after implementation. As for the product itself It does what it says on the tin, just make sure you take the advice given to you with wording and marketing - I received 5 valuation leads in my first two days. Remember that the tool is only useful if people are seeing it :) I've now put most of my ad spend into ValPal - looking forward to seeing what comes of the leads!

GoogleVery disappointed with Valpal, little or no leads from the Valpal tool, very few leads from the facebook marketing. Certainly can't get their accounting correct as Incorrect invoicing issued and money taken by direct debit. Extremely poor communication and contact from the Valpal team, I had to chase them. Valpal tie you into a 12 month contract which autorenews, fortunately, I have given notice but I am still paying for a product which I don't use. I wish that Google would allow 0 stars or have negative ratings!

GoogleAsked for valuation for Wednesday, told cannot do Wednesday as the valuer is in Billingham. So arranged for Tuesday. No one turns up, so after phone call find out mix up with diaries, strange all of a sudden they can do Wednesday. I will take my business elsewhere

FacebookHaving recently had 3 very different properties for sale in Teesside in relation to price & location, I have been dealing with staff from Ingleby Barwick, Stockton & Nunthorpe branches. The professionalism & service from all the girls & valuers I have dealt with has been of an exceptionally high standard, having regular updates & feedback in relation to all the sales. I felt that the staff took a personal & passionate interest in advertising & selling the properties, all sold within 3 weeks !! Anyone thinking of selling property in this area wanting 5 Star service & results should not consider anyone else.
