FacebookI can highly recommend Michael Poole (Vicky Phelps Nunthorpe branch) the service we have received on the sale of our property has been exceptional. Vicky has gone above and beyond to help us sell our property and also find one. We have dealt with many estate agents whilst we were searching for the right property and none of the others compare to the customer care you receive from Michael Poole.

FacebookAbsolutely appalling estate agents. The Billingham office and the service they deliver is dreadful. To say they are underhand is an understatement. Overpriced houses and appalling customer service. Highly recommend not going near this agent.

GoogleGreat service from start of process through to completion of sale. We live over 200 miles away, which complicates some aspects, and Michael Poole gave good advice, kept us informed and assisted us as "go between", and with "on the spot" help when we needed it !

GoogleVery happy with the service Michael Poole has provided whilst selling our house. Very professional from our first valuation meeting with Ian through to ongoing contact with Sam and Matthew. The photos they took of our home and the write up led to us having a high number of viewings quickly and we had an offer within two weeks of putting it up for sale. Sam has constantly kept us up to date as our sale has progressed including updates from our solicitors before us. I would highly recommend Michael Poole to other people wanting to sell their home. Very responsive, approachable and professional.

GoogleI have used the Let Check company as a landlord for 2 years now and have to say I have been impressed with their service and professionalism. In my latest contact with them this month where they were to complete a “check out” followed by a “check in” for the same property the service worked well. This process was completely smooth and I now have new tenants and the security of a concise inventory report. I would recommend them in the future for other landlords.

GoogleAsked for valuation for Wednesday, told cannot do Wednesday as the valuer is in Billingham. So arranged for Tuesday. No one turns up, so after phone call find out mix up with diaries, strange all of a sudden they can do Wednesday. I will take my business elsewhere
