GoogleFirst time buyer; buying a property through Michael Poole but using independent mortgage broker and solicitors! Andrea, Georgina, Connor and all others involved were very friendly and helpful throughout! Constantly striving for the best customer service and going above and beyond where possible; forwarding relevant documents to relevant people where necessary even if they technically weren’t required to; continually chasing up where necessary during a fairly lengthy buying time scale, and generally just keeping me well updated throughout the whole process! Highly recommended if you’re looking to buy a property; will make the process as effortless as possible! Thank you, couldn’t be happier! :)

No sooner was the property put on the market than we started getting calls to let us know that people were viewing and we got feedback regularly to let us know what had been said about the property. GoogleI have been very happy with the service and staff in relation to the sale of my mums property. They are very friendly and approachable. The house was sold within 3 weeks, they kept me informed on feedback from viewers and when a sale was agreed they called me every week with an update. I have already recommended them to a friend who has listed her property with Pooles.
