Siobhan was fantastic from the start, she arranged a viewing at short notice, was easy to talk to, and took the time to clearly walk me through the apartment and explain all the next steps. Her responsiveness and professionalism made the whole process feel effortless from the very beginning. Joanna then took over seamlessly, handling all the paperwork, payment confirmations and everything required right up until I moved in. She was attentive, efficient, and always on hand whenever I had a question, which made the final steps smooth and organised. GoogleThey are quick to take your money and will contact landlord and managent company all smoothly but when you are trying to get your deposit back they point you to the landlord who never replies.

Sam took us on a few viewings, including the flat we are purchasing, and we were so impressed with his support. In addition to being very friendly and personable, Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the flats we were viewing and the local area too. GoogleI cannot recommend Kyle Yousif from JLL Stratford highly enough. Moving to London from France was already a challenge in itself, and I had only a few days after arriving to find an apartment in one of the most competitive rental markets in the world. From the very beginning, Kyle went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and somehow managed to help me find exactly the apartment that I wanted , despite the difficulties and pressure of the London market. Throughout the process, he was always available, responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making things work out for me. Kyle did everything he could to move things forward as quickly as possible, guided me through all the administrative steps, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. His advice, support, and dedication saved me an incredible amount of time and effort.
