Just to say this is the best rental co I have dealt with to date....I have experienced 12 very different rental companies in many different cities over the years as a guarantor . JLL staff maintained good contact with me at all stages and that helped to make it a positive experience. Absolutely appalling service when we tried to leave our apartment. Firstly they overcharged us with the rent owing to an "accounting error" and we did not even receive an apology or acceptance of any liability. Then there were extortionate cleaning charges when the property was in exemplary condition throughout and far cleaner than when we left. Furthermore the agent we dealt with was thoroughly unpleasant.

JLL in Greenwich and Blackheath ensured that all sales staff understood the property, positioned it in the market very well and got the right buyers to view the property resulting in offers very quickly. Jemmah then worked very hard with inexperienced buyers to keep the sale on track and get the right result for everybody. I thought communication from JLL was good throughout the process and there was always someone available if I needed to talk about anything.

Extremely personable and professional, Charlotte exudes and inspires confidence and delivers on her promises. I just exchanged contracts last week. As a first time buyer, I am very satisfied with JLL's service. I fall through another purchase two weeks before I found this property through JLL. They offered me a far more smooth experience of buying my first home compared with the previous failed purchasing experience, I always get answers very promptly, and there is always the same agent helps me so we both understand the situation without misunderstand. With their professional advice and experience, I feel everything is under my own control and everything progress in a comfortable pace. I will give them 5 star according to my own experience.
