Sharan Dhilhon-Moffatt in my opinion is one of the best real estate people in the centre of Leeds. Not only does she have a wealth of knowledge but is engaging and transparent and understands the clients needs. I recently moved into an apartment that is managed by JLL, which meant I dealt a lot with the Leeds office. It was an absolute pleasure! From beginning to end, everyone I dealt with was polite and professional, but still very personable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, but also made sure all of my questions were answered, and that everything ‘businessy’ was taken care of quickly and completely. Everything was very thorough, but never felt complicated; a very seamless and painless experience. I know that estate/letting agents get a bad rap a lot of the time, but working with JLL Leeds was a complete breath of fresh air, mainly due to the staff. Everyone was fantastic. My entire experience of JLL has been great, and I will probably always try to get places through them where possible.

I have been a Landlord with Mann Countrywide for some years now. I have found over the past couple of years the team to be friendly, and professional. They have let my properties in a timely mannor with minimal disruption and voids with the rental income. The Branch Manager is understanding of my needs, the administration team are efficient, and any quiries are answered in a timely mannor. My properties are fully managed, the property manager is dedicated, and turns round maintenace issues in a swiftly, timely mannor. She is professional, helpful, and keeps me updated on the progress of the works. The rent is paid on time, and should there have been any late rental payments they are fast to act to retrieve the rent. I would highly recommend the Canterbury lettings department of Mann Countrywide to any potential landlords, or tenants and I look forward to many more years with them managing my properties. A very happy landlord

One very satisfied tenant. Our boiler died leaving us with no hot water or heating. With in a week the new system had been ordered and installed and the contractors stayed until late so as we had hot water for our children's bath. Cannot fault the service provided by Mann and Co Canterbury. Keep up the good work
