GoogleThe team is incredibly efficient. They understand your needs and what you looking for. They only propose you to visit apartments which corresponds to your preferences. You do not loose your time. On top of that they are just really really nice. I highly recommand JLL Chelsea (especially Lydia & David for their kindness).

GoogleRob was very helpful, professional and informative when I was buying my apartment but most importantly he was very cheerful, positve and made the whole process very enjoyable - only downside is the place didnt feel quite the same when he was no longer there !

GoogleOne of the better letting agents I have done business with, very fast and mostly painless process. The agent I dealt with was really helpful and checked in regularly during the referencing to make sure everything was fine. Another big positive was that almost all of the process happened electronically, something which not all letting agents can do. Their fee schedule is probably pretty standard but I did find the £180 in the tenancy agreement to re-sign the contract a bit steep.

GoogleAfter accessing several real estate agents to secure a rental property, Michael was a dream come true. His friendly, honest and professional manner was a breath of fresh air and made the entire exercise quite simple. Not only was his coordination efficient, but he ensured the property met all requirements, even called to see how the move went. Service like this is rare. GoogleI dealt with JLL for my recent property search. The process was seamless, from viewing to leasing and finally moving in. The viewing agent Joanna Ludlow went out of her way to help us with bespoke requests and a second viewing to ensure we made the right decision and that we were happy with the apartment. I would definitely look to work with them in the future.
