GoogleThe people at JLL fun, friendly and professional. From start to finish the communication was excellent and they sold my Leeds Apartment within 3 weeks of it going on the market at a good price. As an example of their customer service I lost the keys to the Apartment in Leeds which had JLL's phone number on the key ring. The person who found them phoned JLL who then phoned me. It was early evening on a Friday and I was on my way back to Manchester. JLL offered to pick them up from whoever had found therm so I didn't have to turn the car around and come back. That saved me a lot of hassle since Friday night rush hour traffic can be a nightmare. Here's a tip - they'll offer you a cuppa at their offices but I suggested we go to Starbucks round the corner instead. So we did!!!

GoogleRob was very helpful, professional and informative when I was buying my apartment but most importantly he was very cheerful, positve and made the whole process very enjoyable - only downside is the place didnt feel quite the same when he was no longer there !

GoogleOne of the better letting agents I have done business with, very fast and mostly painless process. The agent I dealt with was really helpful and checked in regularly during the referencing to make sure everything was fine. Another big positive was that almost all of the process happened electronically, something which not all letting agents can do. Their fee schedule is probably pretty standard but I did find the £180 in the tenancy agreement to re-sign the contract a bit steep.

His friendly, honest and professional manner was a breath of fresh air and made the entire exercise quite simple. Not only was his coordination efficient, but he ensured the property met all requirements, even called to see how the move went. Service like this is rare.
