I had a great experience when I was a tenant with JLL. Ms. Keely Wesley helped me with managing the concerns pertaining to the property and she was especially helpful for resolving a long-standing issue with one of the utility suppliers. Also a shout out to Sam Palmer for his assistance with acquiring the property. As a side note, I did have some concerns about the check-out report prepared during end-of-tenancy, just an honest feedback.

When looking to buy in Greenwich, we viewed a number of properties with Michael and Sam, and they stood out for being so helpful, honest and intelligent. They listened to what we were looking for, and really got it. They are obviously knowledgeable about the area and the different developments and we learned a lot from them that helped in our search. When on the fence about viewing properties, we tended to go for it with JLL where we wouldn't with other agencies, because we knew it would be a good experience with either of them.

I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to take the time to recognise the team at JLL Greenwich for the excellent service they provided throughout the sale of my flat. From the outset, everyone in the Greenwich office was professional, responsive and genuinely friendly. Selling a property can be stressful at the best of times, and our sale turned out to be far from straightforward, but the team were supportive and communicative throughout. A particular thank you to Ashton, who was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, proactive and a great mediator between all parties involved. There were a number of challenges along the way, and Ashton did an excellent job of keeping both sides informed, managing expectations and chasing solicitors and other parties when progress stalled. He consistently went above and beyond to help keep things moving and was always available when we needed an update or some reassurance. I would have no hesitation in recommending JLL Greenwich. A highly professional team that combines excellent communication with a genuinely personal approach.

My partner and I are in the process of buying a flat that is listed by JLL Greenwich and we've had such a wonderful experience. Sam took us on a few viewings, including the flat we are purchasing, and we were so impressed with his support. In addition to being very friendly and personable, Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the flats we were viewing and the local area too. Extremely poor property management by JLL. Our dishwasher stopped working on 4 December 2025. JLL arranged for a contractor to attend on 9 December 2025. During that visit, the engineer caused physical damage to the cupboard (photo attached) and significantly damaged the wall around the electrical socket, leaving the back-box exposed (photo attached). This created a clear electrical safety concern in the kitchen, particularly given the socket’s proximity to the stove and exposure to liquids and cooking oils. We reported the damage immediately with photographic evidence and followed up multiple times. Both JLL and the contractor acknowledged the issue and confirmed the wall and socket would be properly repaired. A repair was eventually carried out on 10 January 2026, over a month after the damage was first reported. However, the work was completed to an extremely poor standard, leaving the wall uneven, visibly damaged, and unfinished (photo attached). As of 7 June 2026, more than six months later, this has still not been properly rectified. On 2 June 2026, we also reported that the living room window lock is broken. As of today, there has been no response or update. JLL are highly responsive when it comes to rent reminders or scheduling inspections, but significantly less responsive when tenants report maintenance issues affecting safety and day-to-day living conditions. This imbalance in responsiveness and the lack of accountability for poor workmanship is unacceptable and does not reflect an adequate standard of property management.
