I let the property from Hunter agency 1 year ago and was dealing with one of the agents, her name was pretty and I wasn’t happy with her we tried to talk to her supervisor but no response and we had several issues at property which they couldn’t dissolve and we had to leave there just want to share this feedback because she is not right person to work there, if you need more information i can let you know by detail.

Don't think, do it! 5/5 from the very first contact! Before leaving a comment, I believe it's important to provide a brief and personal background first. I am a Landlord based outside of the UK and coming off another agency that provided extremely poor and dishonest service, so one can imagine the hesitation to go through what may be another wild rollercoaster. Throw in the added complexity of the paperwork with taxes and the lack of visibility on executing many and multiple tasks that would require one's physical presence whilst being abroad. The team at Hunters literally embodied my personal traits on dealing with various tasks and filled that massive gap which requires a lot of trust between multiple parties. I specifically dealt with Sharon & Lucy (I am sure there's more people involved) and as a collective, they were extremely professional and were more than willing to listen to any queries I may have and reassured me of potential outcomes by being transparent and highly communicative with their actions. Not only are they professional but they genuinely care for your home as if it were to be their own and even perform tasks that are outside of the norm, giving the true practice to the phrase: "Going above and beyond!" With Hunters, numbers does not feel like the main objective, but rather the quality and when that is prioritised, the outcome is phenomenal. Thank you to the team at Hunters for everything that you've done so far. I look forward to what else the future may bring.

Jaison Vyas at Hunters has been a very conscientious agent to deal with. He kept in constant contact with both myself and the buyer through what proved to be a very tricky situation with the neighbouring property. Jaison knows the area well along with many of it’s residents. I would certainly recommend Hunters to anyone in the area needing to choose an estate agent to deal with.

Worked with Alex in sales and viewed on a Monday, made an offer on the Wednesday and finalised the price on the Thursday. He worked very hard along with the seller and my solicitor to get all questions answered quickly and thanks to his management of the process we exchanged and completed in just over 6 weeks from the offer being accepted. I think that says all you need to know to both sellers and buyers and I highly recommend him and his firm. Hunters have been fantastic all round and am I letting out with Sha from their lettings team who is also very professional. Update: Sha was exactly to his word and amazingly got it rented out 6.5 from completion, 3.5 hours from you getting the keys. Amazing all round and a big thanks out to Hunter's and Alex and Sha in particular

Top notch service and interaction with the team. Rueben's energy and people skills were a big draw in choosing to instruct Hunters initially to market the property for sale. Once a buyer was found, the rest of the team were great to update and keep you informed of progress. Ella in particular was a joy to deal with. Would definitely recommend and use again
