Hunters Bexleyheath really made my purchase experience a pleasant one. The whole team are excellent. Jackie and Michael thank you for your assistance. From viewing the property, to offer been accepted and throughout the buying process they have a progressor department with a great App that keeps you updated on the progress of the transaction. Hunters are a great estate agent company.

Excellent communication and they have always kept me in the loop. Quick to respond to emails. Had a visit from Max who was very polite and friendly. Gave me plenty of confidence that if any issues occurred, they would be dealt with promptly.

More than disappointing to deal with this estate agent !!! I have booked home valuation for my property on 4th October morning, arrange my time off work to be available. Day before appointment, sales member reched out to me to see if I'm interested to buy another property and sign up with them. I declined as that wasn't my requirement and felt rather pushy with this offer. After I explained that I'm interested in valuation to understand more current value of my property and process of potential sale. Gentleman over the phone explained that they will not come to do valuation in person that have been already booked for 9:45 am but some of they team send online valuation as they know market so well and no need to see property. OK.. A week later I have reched out with email to they sales team Hunters Abbey Wood, a reminder that I still have not recived my valuation as I have been previously promised from they sales team. That communication also got ignored. If you are homeowner ask yourself would you be interested to give your propery sale in hands of so disinterested estate agent!? Seems and sounds to lazy to do they own offered services and twist all things if you dont fallow they sales catch. I regret that I actually allocated my personal time to them. There are also professional estate agents out there and is not HUNTERS estate agents.

It’s really impressed with the service we received when moving through Hunters. The ray sukla that showed us around the property was lovely. Ray in regards to completing the paperwork. He was great and extremely helpful! Communication was very good and overall a stress free experience!

Rob, Mike, and Silvia made the viewing and signing process very easy. Great communication each step of the way. They worked hard to push through an agreement in a short period of time. If I'm looking to rent again in the future, I'll be sure to call Hunters to see what's available.

I am a landlord of a property in Sutton Coldfield and I have used Hunters Lettings for a number of years. In particular, Sharon, manager of Hunters Lettings. Sharon has always proven to be an invaluable source of support and advice. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Over the years, I have taken a number of complex queries to Sharon and she has always provided a fair resolution. I wouldn't let my property through anybody else. I highly recommend Hunters Lettings. I went to a viewing today at a flat on Chester Road in Castle Bromwich and was appalled how unprofessional it was conducted. I was offered the appointment yesterday for today at 11am. I explained I was on nights and would prefer a later viewing. I was told the landlord said 11:00 was the only time available. On arrival there were already a couple there and a couple leaving the viewing. Myself and the couple arrived and was rushed round the property. Not even reaching the stairs and another couple was also crammed into the viewings. Totally unprofessional, I wouldn’t take the property now purely because the company isn’t managed properly. Big fail.
