Hunters West Hampstead manage the flat that I'm sharing with a flatmate, and probably one of the best experiences I've had with an estate agent out of 20 years living in London. I'm especially grateful to Chelsea whose diligence, patience and empathy were key to negotiating the contract renewal to the content of all parties involved. Also to the rest of the team at Hunters, in particular Tiniesha and Nadine, who have been a delight to deal with: prompt, kind and understanding when it comes to requests and mediating with the flat owner.

I wanted to use your website and my virus program didn't let me through because it noticed malware on your page. Please check your website, maybe something is wrong with it. EDIT It was kindly meant. Not my virus prog is the issue here but that customers can't visit your page without having issues with malware. I'd thought you'd be interested in fixing this issue for the benefit of your customers?

Moved recently - both Holly and Chole very responsive and helpful during application process and since, when there have been a few issues arising with the house which needed looked at.

Used Hunters to sell a relatives house. Complete team effort initially from the managment David & James. Thereafter the entire team mostly at Sutton Coldfield but aided by the Lichfield office. Demonstrated a professional and caring attitude, especially when resolving problems in the '' property chain ''. Required a determined effort to produce the eventual sale. Must mention Carly, Vicki and Emily all of whom never gave up and with their colleagues delivered a 1st class result. Ian and Monica

The sale moved quickly, but that was mainly because I did all the photos myself because the ones they took were awful, and I made the floorplan because they would have taken weeks. They wrote the advert and it had spelling mistakes and errors in it - I had to tell them to take it down and change several parts. When they did viewings they turned people away because they wanted to get back to the shop. They didn't think I'd find out, but I was checking my security cameras. They are cheap relative to most other agents and the due diligence they did on checking deposits of people making offers etc was good. Sales progression was almost non existent and there was no upselling but I do believe I got more with them than I would have with the likes of Purple Bricks, but the fact I paid them double that of my solicitor when they did only a few hours of work is painful to accept.

This is my first experience of letting a property and Hunters had been recommended by a couple of friends. We have just completed with the purchase of our 1st house through hunters and the team there are awesome. We did our viewings with Jackie and she dealt with most of proceedings. I wouldn't fancy negotiating the current housing market without an agent like Hunters in my corner. The whole team were excellent, and went above and beyond what is normally expected of an estate agent to keep things moving and keep us informed. It's tempting to use an online agent or go the DIY route to save money, but you can't beat professional knowledge and experience for a smooth and successful process. House move heroes!
