GoogleJust over a week ago I said 'yes' to a house rental being marketed through Hunters West Hampstead. The run up to Christmas isn't really the best time to sort out a house move but Hunters, specifically the 3 people I have been dealing with - Mike, Samuel and Silvia - have been fantastic and pulled out all the stops to get everything completed in time for Christmas. They have been so friendly and lovely - it's been a pleasure working through this with them. Thank you so much!

GoogleHunters did an effective job of marketing the property. They did achieve a reasonably good price for my property that offered value to the buyer as well. However it would have been useful to know from the beginning the offer process in terms of initial offers, best and finals etc. I was very happy that they got the sale over the line. Their help in solving a problem that arose at the last minute was valuable. In overall terms, I am very satisfied and will recommend them.

GoogleBought our house using Hunters in Hayes and they were great and helpful throughout the process. Tommy was our initial contact and then Darren took over from the point of agreeing the sale and I found them both to be approachable, honest and knowledgeable about the areas we were looking to buy. Tommy was excellent and Darren was generous with his time whenever we needed him, as the mortgage process took long and we had to call him often. As the property we purchased was for buy-to-let we chose Hunters Hayes Estate Agents to rent our property, as we found them to be professional, efficient and knowledgable about the area. We were helped by Tommy who was super helpful with the rental valuation and finding us the right tenant and for the most part by Sofia. She is excellent and is very responsive who is always willing to answer any queries. She made the whole process easy! Highly recommend Hunters Hayes and in particular Tommy to find you the right property and if needed the right tenant for your property!
