GoogleHolly has been incredibly helpful moving me and my partner into our new flat. Although there were a few repairs needed on the initial move in, Holly was very apologetic and sent back a detailed email with prompt solutions. We were also welcomed with a lovely gift box which just made our experience even better. Thank you Holly!

GoogleWhen I unexpectedly learnt that my landlord was selling the flat I had lived in for the last two years (via another agency), Jay at Hunters helped me to quickly and efficiently find a new and better place. He was super responsive and significantly reduced a lot of the stress related to flat hunting in London!

GoogleI went to a viewing today at a flat on Chester Road in Castle Bromwich and was appalled how unprofessional it was conducted. I was offered the appointment yesterday for today at 11am. I explained I was on nights and would prefer a later viewing. I was told the landlord said 11:00 was the only time available. On arrival there were already a couple there and a couple leaving the viewing. Myself and the couple arrived and was rushed round the property. Not even reaching the stairs and another couple was also crammed into the viewings. Totally unprofessional, I wouldn’t take the property now purely because the company isn’t managed properly. Big fail.
We are not marketing a property in Castle Bromwich. You have left your review for the wrong Agent and request this is removed

GoogleMy parents viewed a property in Hampton-in-arden, they were handed a brochure and told they have 15mins. When they got inside there were other people wandering around. Once in they sped around to the garden they were approached by someone else asking for the way out, then an elderly woman fell badly up a step and they tried to help her too. In the meantime the estate agent was outside oblivious. They just don't seem to care. We bought our property 6yrs ago through them and they almost lost the sale a week before we were supposed to exchange. Seems nothing has changed unfortunately.

GoogleAs a landlord of a two bedroom flat In Solihull I have continued over a 15 year period to use Hunters Lettings in Knowle to find our new tenants. Jo Elgin and her key staff Leanne and Charlotte have been excellent throughout the whole process. They have kept us fully informed of the new legislation involved in letting out properties and were in regular and continued contact throughout the whole process to ensure we secured an appropriate tenancy. The whole team in Knowle consistently went the extra mile to help us and we can throughly recommend their services to any future landlords .

GoogleToday, my oven has out of order and the maintenance agent at Hunter is on her annual leave. 1 hour later, property manager, Ms Kelly Wright responded to my email and follow the case immediately. Few hours later, the oven repairing company called me and confirmed the date for repair. A job well done with great efficiency. Thx Kelly

GoogleAfter enquiring about a rental property, we attended a viewing and submitted an application straight away. We also enquired about viewing another property and was advised an appointment would be arranged. This was a few weeks ago and we heard absolutely nothing from them since! And BOTH properties were let quite soon after and the second one, they even dropped the price on it and we never even got to view it!! Absolutely disgusting lack of communication, especially as they knew our family was desperately looking for a home as our current landlord has sold up! Would never recommend any potential tenants to use them at all! EDIT TO REPLY: I have received NO emails from you at all. And I check my spam/junk folder regularly every day just in case too. I had followed up our application by telephone a few days later to make sure it had been received and also to confirm that a viewing was being arranged for the other property and I was advised that you were just waiting on a date. That was the last I heard from your company.
Hi Tabatha, you were sent an email from us shortly after you applied for the property explaining that the Landlord had asked us to suspend marketing due to a change in her circumstances. You were also asked in this email if there were any other properties you wanted to view but did not reply.
