Good evening, First of all apologies, this is an overdue but well deserved review for Hunters Estate Agent Hayes, Abun and Darren Bailey top blokes 5 *, hats off all they way for their commendable service, Abun undertook the initial viewing for the property in Harlington, toplad !!! dependable team member !!! We gave our formal offer, it was successfully accepted, We had the usual painstaking delays when it got to the legals and the usual roller coaster ride of technicalities, despite the setbacks and the turbulent stages Darren had faith we were not going to pull the plug on the sale and not follow it through, Late out of hours evening calls were initiated by Darren to keep the ball rolling and the fire alive in the proposed sale metaphorically speaking, undertaking the 5 - 6 way conversations and keeping the proposed sale proactive and remained positive all the way, We got there in the end during the latter part of 2022, exchanged, completed and collected the keys to the new property, It was by far the best experience of purchasing a property through Hunters, excellent process undertaken until the transaction was signed on the dotted line and completed, Our agent's Abun & Darren's experience and deep understanding of the market were invaluable. They provided an exceptional service, were always punctual, and were incredibly responsive to our queries. I put my house on the market with Hunters and dealt with Tommy and Demi to start with. Both very pleasant and understanding. Once the offer was made I was then liaising with Darren each week. We picked this agency to sell our apartment. During our interaction with the real estate company, we encountered unprofessional conduct from a senior agent. We faced difficulties with the agent's staff, who lacked basic knowledge about our apartment's location within the complex and failed to perform simple tasks such as opening doors. I had requested an agent to visit my flat ahead of the viewing, but unfortunately, the individual arrived at the incorrect building. When we reported different concerns , we received dismissive, and discourteous responses over the phone. Moreover, during the exchange process, when there were delays, our agent did not take any measures to resolve the situation. It was also concerning that our agent did not have up-to-date information about the exchange and was the last to find out, which is not an acceptable situation. Based on our negative and stressful experience with the real estate company, I do not recommend it to others wishing to sell their property. We were fortunate to be involved in a chain and had another estate agent who provided the necessary support and effectively communicated with all parties involved. Finally, I urge the managers of this company to investigate the conduct of their employees, especially the agents who represent their brand. By doing so, they can improve their services, ensure their clients receive the support they deserve and avoid any negative experiences.

There was one person who made my experience at Hunters a great one. It was Clare Hunter, she was amazing. Her friendly, engaging style was always consistent as was her communication. She made me feel confident my sale, which was long and challenging would be successful. She pulled all the thread’s together towards the end of the sales process and was always motivational & driving for a good result.
