GooglePut my btl flat on the market in Sept 23 while occupied with tenants Islington, N.1. Hunters got the pricing spot on in a tricky market and I received offers over asking and accepted an offer within 2 weeks of putting it on the market. Hunters were brilliant at liaising with my tenants to arrange viewings, and throughout the sales process coordinated solicitors and pushed the sale through. Very efficient and would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe let out multiple properties with them and haven’t had any issues, always prompt on saving anything that comes up. Also we have bought a fair few with them to and they always are there each and every step of the way to complete
