GoogleWe had a disappointing experience with Hunters state agent in Birmingham. We filled out online form to request a viewing and provided all of our details. They kept calling us and left voice message to call them back. We request led to have confirmation through email. However, after two days and multiple attempt they let us know that they only offer bl9ck viewing which they could have let us know by simpreplying to our initial email. We gave them a feedback, they hung up on us.

GoogleWe have just completed the purchase of our house through Hunters estate agents in Sutton Coldfield. They were so helpful and professional the whole way through the purchase. Our estate agent Emily really went the extra mile to help and to bring us and the sellers together. Without her going above and beyond what she needed to do I doubt very much the sale would have happened. A massive thank to Emily and the team.

GoogleFirst time working with Hunters in Stoke Newington for a letting as a landlord. So far so good. Clear and responsive communication, personal touch in terms of relationship building and wise advice. Genuinely interested in finding appropriate tenants, open about how they do so. Bravo Sha and Jay. UPDATE - 14/3/24 With new tenants now in place almost a week, my take on Hunters in Stoke Newington is this. Blown away ! With the excellent experience. Not only was Lettings Manager, Jay, adept at handling tenants, organising, and executing show rounds, but also acting as that pivot between the business, the landlord and the tenant in a manner that you can see is working towards common goals. Best of all, I got to meet and hear from the Boss Man too. Whether you are an experienced landlord, or new to letting your property, I would recommend speaking with one of Hunters branches in North London when weighing up where to take your business. In particular: - within their own timescale, they were able to visit, assess, and locate suitable tenants - they are strong on response times - give sound advice to landlords - pay attention to all the messy bits (like compliance…snore…) that are easy to get lost in - when I said I was after relationship building and not speed-dating, they took note. Am looking forward to the next phase and to a lasting working relationship, in to double digits was my past experience. Cheers to Church Street !

GoogleI cannot agree with reviews which have praised this agency. Today we travelled for 5 hours to view a house Hunters were advertising in Leven (vendors beware) only to be told their viewing rep couldn't wait for us, after we were held up in static traffic on the M62 for 2 hours, following a fatal accident. No concern for us at all. We completely wasted our time. They've clearly gone down hill, service wise, since other reviews were written. Everyone steer clear.

GoogleI have been using Hunters of Yeadon for the last 9+ years to manage my little Victorian rental property in the area. I have been consistently pleased with their service. What stood out from the start with me (when choosing an agent) was the letting division at Hunters were way ahead of other agencies in terms of health and safety for the tenant. Having been trained in H&S myself, it resonated. Their standards were (and are) high and that's what I wanted and (of course) continue to want now. As an absent landlord, I feel reassured that my best interests and those of my tenant/s are always being met. Nothing is too much bother for them and I must give a personal commendation to Rebecca Lilley, who has looked after me and my property for years and I trust her totally. She offers the right level of professionalism, coupled with the warmth of someone who cares about her clients, which for me, is the perfect combination. No matter when I ring or email, Rebecca always responds quickly and if she's not there, one of the lovely office folk, will try to help. As an added bonus, Hunters have a central client portal that allows a landlord to upload important documents and access them, whenever required. Plus, they offer an insurance to cover rental income, should it be compromised. It gives peace of mind. All in all, a great service.
