They advertise a flat in Temple rd, NW2,too cheap to be real on 17 July Fiday(evening probably) I inquire on Monday ,they took my details and I still waiting On Wednesday I saw in the description of the flat( no in Public Notice ) that they have an offer of 200 and you have to let them know ASAP or before the change of contracts Thursday I go to the office to increase the offer and the person responsable was no there,maybe tomorrow,they even ask me for a piece of paper to write his mail What’s going on? The flat is worth at least 100 more, Who is taking it? Who is laundering money?!?

I have recently moved into a property under these. There was issues with the flat when I received the keys, such as paint, mould and other damages. I contacted Hunters to report this and was met with accountability. Chloe the property manager informed me that all of the issues were going to be rectified within a week. True to her word, within the week, all issues were sorted without any hassle to me or my partner. They were very understanding and even offered us a different flat if this one was unsatisfactory. I would recommend Hunters Estate Agents in future, as they have made us feel heard and respected.

Very bad experience especially(sofia) in my case they look after landlords only they dont care about tenant’s if anybody renting a house just be careful because if tenants have some issues in house they need to chase everyday after reporting on top level even many more things i dont want to explain much but i have rented for two years and struggled two year even for small things in opposite they want everything perfect in house while inspection

Sold with Haus bought from Hunters . On the day of moving in made 4 calls to try and establish how to get the keys for the new property. Firstly they were unsure who had them , then when they found them & no one rang me to tell me to collect. Eventually I just turned up at branch and there they were! Not impressed with the Service at all! Removal van was waiting around for two hours whilst we were chasing to find keys . Haus is the only Estate Agent to use in Sheffield , believe me!
