GoogleI had a really good experience with Hunter recently. They were awesome at following up on my questions and getting contractors to fix my problem afterwards. Tiniesha was especially great, super professional and on top of everything. She made sure everything went smoothly and got my issue sorted quickly. Highly recommend Hunter for their excellent service!

GoogleHunters Estate & Letting Agents Sutton Coldfield The excellent agency in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham From the moment the house on the market, we contacted the Hunter company, and the staff gave us a timely response, from making an appointment to view the property, on the day of the viewing, to signing the contract and collecting the keys... A series of jobs were done very quickly and very accurately. Their staff are very nice, especially Sharon and Alison. They helped us a lot and provided us with useful suggestions. Sharon also helped me modify the contract at the weekend. Thank you very much. You are our great friends. The team works quickly and diligently and is extremely attentive to my family. GoogleTheir incompetence and lack of dedication made what should have been a straightforward process a stressful and frustrating experience, I called them 5 times from the day they listed a property to rent and on 6th day when I called them I was informed they property was fully booked for viewing, There is no fair decision by this estate agent, They select tenant for viewing as per their previous relationship Overall I would not recommend
