GoogleMy experience with Hunters Estate & Letting has been very good. I dealt mostly with Jay, who was very professional. He was there throughout the all process helping me out with forms and paperwork, patiently explaining to me the procedure and liaising with the landlords. I can honestly say the whole thing - from the moment I got an email he had a place to show me, to the moment I had the keys from the property in my hand a few weeks later - was easy and smooth. I couldn't be more satisfied.

GoogleLandlords stay well clear they have a property they are managing, 2 grasmere road handsworth we residents living on the road have had nothing but hell from there tenants From constant fly tipping on the road antisocial behaviour the property is a magnet for rubbish for the last number of years we residents have just found out that there professional agency are managing agents clearly shows how they are managing properties

GoogleI have been a client of Hunter`s ,Crookes, Sheffield for about 10 years. They manage several properties which I let, and also recently acted as my agent for selling a property. Over the years I have been approached by other estate agents, but I feel 100% loyal to the Crookes team. They are all `down to earth` approachable people, and although totally professional, they also have humour and engage on a personal level. The manager, Caroline, is fantastic...I trust her 100% to give me the best service possible. GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with Hunters West Hampstead Estate Agency. The agent failed to show up for a scheduled viewing, leaving me waiting for over half an hour. Despite calling their office twice to check on the agent’s whereabouts, there was no punctuality or communication from their side. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for clients' time is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

GoogleHuge shout out to Gabe! He delivered fully as promised. We had our property on the market for sometime with another agent and had been messed around with a buyer who withdrew at the last minute. I spoke with Gabe who said that he would jump straight on it and he did. He arranged to have the property photographed within days and found a buyer the following week. Gabe fully qualified the buyer to make sure there was no time wasted. He progressed the sale effectively and kept me updated at all times. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you!

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to read that you have had a bad experience with us. I can see from our records that your concerns were heard and discussed with you on multiple occasions. I can also reassure you, we did not favour the buyer, as the issue, which you are referring, which caused the long delay, was regarding a specific complex legal issue that came up after the sale was agreed and only the conveyancer could resolve this and as this took the conveyancer a long time to resolve we do understand your frustration with the process, this was definitely not the fault of the buyer or Hunters. We thank you again for working with us, we wish you all the best in the future.

GoogleI suppose the only way I can describe my experience with Hunters is adequate. We were putting the property up for rent. Some things they did well like getting an electrician to sort out the Electrical Certificate really quickly. The staff were polite but not always fast in their response to us. When they advertised the property the text in the advertisement on their website and on Right move contained quite a few errors. I sensed a reluctant to change it. Also checking the 'right to rent' qualification for my tenants seemed to cause a little problem also trying to see original references from the previous landlord was impossible. However they did send though the other agents reference. We do seem to have some nice tenants. I am not sure if we would use them again, but also not sure if any agent would be better. Now gone down to 2 stars as the inventory was full of errors and has to be re done. We have had to chase them and carefully check all their work which we have found sloppy. We cannot recommend them now.
In response to your review, admittedly there were small errors on the description and once highlighted, the amendments were made immediately, and an apology given. There was certainly no reluctance to make the changes. Following the initial block viewing, Hunters received three application forms for the property. One of the applicants offered £50 over the advertised price, which was the offer accepted, subject to reference checks. HomeLet carry out the reference checks on our behalf. I note, you had requested a Landlord reference directly from the existing Landlord themselves. We advised that this wasn’t possible as the applicant was currently renting through an Estate Agents, which meant the reference could only be obtained from them. The inventory did not individually list all items in the property but instead displayed pictures. The garage was missed from the document. Once realised, an urgent appointment was made with the new Tenants and an amended inventory sent to you for your approval, and we still await your response to this. The property went live on the portals on 20.5.24. The Tenants moved in on 14.6.24. This is a very quick turnaround. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We strive on delivering the best service possible and anything we can do to improve the service is greatly appreciated.
