GoogleSold my first ever house with Hunters, Harborne, having lived here for over 30 years. Jake came and valued the house and explained the process, he was very professional, contactable and kept his appointments. We agreed a value and it was on the market in a week. Rob did the viewing side and we went with block viewing as advised and left it with them. Sold in 5 day's! Absolutely brilliant team, they know there stuff and if you use there expertise you won't go wrong. You hear a lot of negative stuff about estate agents and we were cautious before picking Hunters. Went by there sale right ups and approachability. Trust them with your sale, you will not regret it, i would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWe have just bought an investment property in Harborne from Hunters Estate Agents. It was an online auction property which is always a little more stressful to buy as we have to due our due diligence and make a decision very quickly. I would like to thank Rob and Andy very much for being so accommodating with viewings and answering our questions before we made our bid. Rob showed me round initially, Andy showed my son and me round the second time and Rob took my builder and me round the property a third time (each day they made sure that they could fit in with a time which suited us which was really helpful as my son and our builder only had limited availability to view before the auction closed). Rob then also arranged with the vendor to let me have the keys to take our architect round to measure up to do the plans for refurb works. We have not bought a property through Hunters before but we would be very pleased to do so again. Thank you Rob and Andy for all your help.

GoogleEstate Agents can have a poor reputation but Hunters in Harborne are literally the distinct opposite. They have just sold our house and their professionalism throughout the process has been outstanding with superb communication, availability and attention to detail. They are very customer centred, certainly from our seller's side, and I strongly suspect with the buyers too. From the receptionist to the owner nothing was too much trouble. We could not find any faults and we highly recommend them.

GoogleThe worse letting agents in birmingham. I have opened a case against them with the financial ombusman. My property has not been maintained . These guys are immature and incompetent! Guys if you want your property managed please check out James LAURENCE. They are so professional. My biggest regret is to let my property out to these guys. The director from day one has shown such unprofessionalism. He lies about certain things . Nine months and I been chasing repairs and was never done. My house has so many damages whilst in agreement with them. STAY AWAY from these guys please! Oh and I bet there response will be they dont have me on file as they are a bunch of liars. I will try to add an email to show the level of unprofessionalism!! EDITED FOR ANDY anyone who wants to see his emails please message me on facebook. I have chased these guys since december last year. As for my tenant coming to his office its a lie. Rude and abrupt yes because my property is destroyed. Rude since July 2023! This property has been rented on and off for 8 years. Funny you are the only person who talks immaturely if the tenant was to leave they were more than welcome. Please guys use JAMES LAURENCE in harbourne. They have only taken over in October and my property is my issue not your anymore. I have no contact with the tenant so if tenant has had an issue its due to poor management. Hunters are extremely incompetent and condescending when they speak to you. The first month I have had rent on time from my new agents. You calling someone rude who spent ten months chasing and chasing your agents. Also where is my subject access report. My tenant has told me you lied over numerous things. I look forward to what the property ombusman findings are. You should be shamed of yourself as a company landlords use this income as part of living costs. You sent an email which you recalled unfortunately I am unable to attach. I wish those luck who choose you. I am so happy that you no longer manage my property. :)

Dear Shazia, Yes we certainly do have you on file, as you will be aware it was in fact ourselves who gave notice to cease management on your property due to the below reasoning. At the very beginning you passed on the property for us to manage after being similarly unhappy with your previous two managing agents. I met contractors on site at your property and we gave a full list of works to be completed prior to any marketing. You intimated you couldn't get the works done before we found a tenant but I was assured that they would be completed before any tenant moved in. We reluctantly put the property online and did many viewings but people were not happy with the property condition. When we finally found a tenant they moved in based on the fact works would be completed. Within a week they wanted to move out and due to our professionalism in branch we managed to persuade them to stay. Following on from this, the major outlined works at the very beginning were never carried out, and despite the fact you have organised a new managing agent your tenant still visits our office asking about the outstanding works. In summary, when we handed the management across to your new agent you had no arrears whatsoever, despite having a really unhappy tenant. And most importantly we are not prepared to receive rude and abrupt behaviour towards our staff members. **UPDATE** After the property ombudsman reviewed the complaint they confirmed we were not in breach of any of the alleged accusations and had no wrong-doings in managing the property . We wish you all the best moving forward.

Dominic Blake, Laura Moody and Helen Pittard has worked exceptionally hard to support me with my uncertainty as well as kept me up to date.
