GoogleHunters have been brilliant. I'm a landlord and they've helped me with everything so the house is ready and lovely for tenants. Unlike some Sheffield lettings agents, someone always answers the phone and they are super helpful. I've worked mainly with Catherine and she has sorted out any problems with minimum fuss and great humour. I am very happy with the service I've received to date. I'm sure it will continue!

GoogleI can’t praise Brooke and Ella enough. Not only did they sell my property but they kept me informed at every step of the process. They know their stuff and they always did their best to support and guide me. Thank you Ella and Brooke. The solicitor firm they recommended - Taylor and Emmet -was excellent and Amanda Thornton in particular was on top of her game. If I sell again I will definitely go with Hunters in Crookes.

GoogleI had an unplesant experience with this letting agent. When they advertised a property on rightmove, I called immediately and my details were registered. I was told by the receptionist that they would contact me when viewing dates are available. I kept following up with calls twice a week since then to make sure I was not left out. The receptionist/ personnel I spoke with kept telling me she does not know when viewings are going to take place. Only for me to call again this morning and told that viewings has already taken place and landlord has already proceeded with an application. I felt bad about this experience as I was not called or texted about the viewings.My phone was always with me. The personnel I spoke with kept exonerating herself and trying to shift blame on others. I felt left out unnecessarily and perhaps it was intentional.

GoogleWe have just completed on our late mum's property and can't thank Josh and Arun enough on the way the sale has been handled..On initial meeting we were impressed that Arun bought Josh along with him to see the property as he would be the one to contact potential buyers. Within a day we had 20 plus viewings arranged which was incredible..4 offers arrived and was able to discuss with Arun the position of each one as he and Josh had already checked out they're circumstances..unfortunately the buyers backed out after 5 weeks but Josh was back contacting previous viewers and new viewers and 2 days later another sale was agreed at a higher price..this sale has gone ahead to completion with Josh informing us at every stage of the procedure..We are so happy we chose Hunters Estate Agent Brentford to sell, they handled everything very sensitively for us as we were stil in going through the grieving process..Thankyou Josh Arun and the team, we highly recommend

GoogleMoving house is one of the most stressful, costly and complicated things you can do, but at least in this digital age through engaging with Hunters you are dealing with human beings who will go that extra mile. From the professional photographs and marketing to the guidance through the offer and ultimate sale process I would strongly recommend going with Hunters. Special mentions to James who offered to answer my calls on Christmas day and Jemma who fielded my never-ending calls and requests for feedback and updates. Thank you Hunters for getting us to where we wanted to be.
