GoogleAvoid Harborne Hunters at all costs! This business is nothing short of a scam. I had a terrible experience where they claimed my referencing check failed, even though I offered a YEAR'S rent upfront. Despite this, they still decided to keep my holding deposit. It’s clear they make money by keeping clients' holding deposits, which feels like outright theft. If they were a genuine, sincere business, they would have returned my hard-earned money instead of profiting from this dishonest practice. Save yourself the stress and avoid these scammers.

GoogleHunters' team helped me to sell my property in a difficult market. Their advice was sound, yet they also listened to my needs and worked with me, rather than trying to force me down a particular route. I particularly liked the fact that even though there was a nominated team-member, their internal communication was strong, meaning that there was always someone who could assist without putting things off until that nominated member was available. i would recommend them to sellers without hesitation.

1). This is a duplicate review from the same person under a new account. 1st 1 star review received 2 months ago without description 2). This individual is upset with her landlord, they are in dispute over the deposit which is in a scheme. The tenant has a right to dispute any deposit deductions proposed by following the TDS process. We do not Property Manage this property however, we did explain this to the tenant. Since the landlord manages their own tenancy, any communication is directly between these two parties directly. We have advised Riya Mahendru of this fact. Our agency further reached out to Riya Mahendru, without success to help navigate the issues with the landlord and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme- We received no reply. We are sorry you have opted to leave a 1 star review twice. Dear Riya Mahendru, please contact hayes@hunters.com if you would like us to help navigate your concerns with your landlord. GoogleHunters have recently sold two properties for me. First was my Mum's house which was a difficult process but Hunters did not give up and eventually got a decent deal for me. Our property has just been sold by them now ( in just a few days) and once again a very professional service.
