GoogleFinding a new home with these guys was easy, usually it's always hard work and so intrusive but Marcelo was very helpful throughout the process and always available when we had any questions. I would definitely recommend Marcelo and Hunters to anyone searching for a home!

GoogleWe found Hunters most professional in all our dealings. They were honest, open & reliable. They gave us a great service & made the purchase very smooth. I would recommend them very highly! The whole team was great to deal with. Our contact was Alex Christodoulou who was very efficient & arranged all details, he was a pleasure to work with. When he went on holiday just before exchange his manager Anthony picked up all the details without any fuss or hassle. thanks Hunters!

GoogleAmazing experience. After being messed around by other agencies I arranged a viewing with zack from the lettings team and he showed me two properties and and long story short I moved in a few days later in second property he recommended. Me and my partner love the property . No messing around no BS, just straight to the point and got everything signed and out the way immediately. Zack was very helpful and was more than amazing! He also was on the ball at all times and assisted me with whatever I needed ASAP. All these outstanding reviews are indeed what they say they are! Thanks again !

GoogleI had an extremely bad experience from renting a property managed fully by Hunters of Bingley. The property was damp, mouldy and not fit to live in. We signed the papers after only briefly seeing the property with the previous tenants living there. On the day of being given the keys, we entered the property to find the ceiling and walls covered in damp and mould. There was one large crack in the corridor. Hunters showed no care at all, and would not come round to the property. We took multiple photographs and took them to them to their office. The staff including Daniel Berresford and the owner Dale Hesketh kept referring to them as "splash marks". They would not comment on the cracked skirting board or cracked plaster from the rising damp. The apartment was ground floor and was below road level, and the damage had been attempted to be hidden over the years by the looks of it. After two months and still not visit from Hunters and lengthy emails and multiple visits almost every day, we were permitted to terminate the contract. However, they charged us the full amount, plus fees. We had to go to the ombudsman who took our side against these cowboys. I wish during our stay we had had a report done by Environmental Health, but the only one date that they could visit was a couple of days after the end of our tenancy. Hunters of Bingley would not allow them to enter the property at all, and completely refused. However, Bradford Council opened a file on the property and would be sending someone out as soon as a new tenant registered on the council tax there. If i had had a report, i would have sued these coyboys, they should not be aloud to trade anymore treading good tenants like this and letting sub-standard unchecked properties. The worst letting agents I have ever dealt with! Liars, conmen and cowboys! Do not rent through them. If you really like the apartment or house, try contact the landlord directly!

GoogleThe guys in Hunters West Hampstead (sales) got me the best price for my flat. It was on the market with multiple agents bet Hunters delivered when it mattered. Excellent customer service to boot. Not the best looking guys in West Hampstead, but thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleI was very surprised by the service I received. Been dealing with agents for the last 5 years, and I have never had a good experience. Agents used to promise and never delivered. Mantas from Hunters completely changed my view of estate agencies. He told me straight away that he works differently from all other agents. Instead of spending hours with me on a viewing, we spoke over the phone for about 15 min, he asked relevant questions, and he understood everything I wanted to have. Rang me after 1 hour and said “I have it”, then again I thought “ The Estate Agent is going to invite me for something with my budget, but nothing close to what I am looking for. Surprise 100% match, everything I asked for and not a waste of my time. Paper work and all reference process went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Hunters West Hampstead Mantas and Chelsea.
