GoogleA cold-blooded, thick-skinned team that would trash anything in their way for a bigger commission. They would suit the seller, but as a buyer, I would be vigilant, as they are sneaky and they would stab you in the back with no remorse. …

GoogleThe guys in Hunters West Hampstead (sales) got me the best price for my flat. It was on the market with multiple agents bet Hunters delivered when it mattered. Excellent customer service to boot. Not the best looking guys in West Hampstead, but thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleI was very surprised by the service I received. Been dealing with agents for the last 5 years, and I have never had a good experience. Agents used to promise and never delivered. Mantas from Hunters completely changed my view of estate agencies.
He told me straight away that he works differently from all other agents. Instead of spending hours with me on a viewing, we spoke over the phone for about 15 min, he asked relevant questions, and he understood everything I wanted to have. Rang me after 1 hour and said “I have it”, then again I thought “ The Estate Agent is going to invite me for something with my budget, but nothing close to what I am looking for. Surprise 100% match, everything I asked for and not a waste of my time. Paper work and all reference process went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Hunters West Hampstead Mantas and Chelsea.

GoogleBuying a property is a stressful process. As first time buyers and relatively skeptical of estate agent's pursuit to satisfy our best interest, we were positively surprised by Alex Christodoulou's professional, calm and warm approach.
The process ended up being quite smooth and at no time did we feel pressured into any decision.

GoogleCemal was really helpful and listened to what we were looking for. He recommended we view a property I had initially dismissed and we've now moved in, it was perfect.
All very painless - the communication was great and the whole process very smooth.

GoogleI dealt with Alex who was very nice and helpful initially. He was really proactive and good at prospecting, I was very happy and developed trust in this guy.
Then found a flat, made an offer which was accepted. Then the hell started. The friendly and nice Alex started being unprofessional, pushy, rude. He did not facilitate the process by making up fake deadlines.
I met a financial adviser at the agency who was supposed to provide help to sort the mortgage out. She was nice but spent the majority of our meeting talking about diseases and all sorts of medical and life insurance, which was not a priority at that time. This was time consuming and did not help to get things moving.
Eventually I was contacted by Alex's manager to sort things out, which further demonstrates how junior and unprofessional Alex was.
I will never ask for help from this agency again.

GoogleWe were very impressed with the level of service at Hunters. In particular our agent Alex Christodoulou was extremely professional, helpful and easy to work with. We had been looking for a house to rent for so long we had almost given up hope but Hunters made the experience much more enjoyable than any of the other estate agents we previously used- we highly recommend them!

GooglePros:
An estate agent with a reputation to sell your house more quickly than other similar businesses in the area. The statistics for the sales reflect this. The commission is higher than some other estate agents operating in this general market, but may be considered justified by the increased performance. A friendly, proactive team with good knowledge of the local area and capability in their field. As a seller I believe they will offer realistic and constructive feedback and also work in the interests of achieving a mutually agreeable selling price.
Cons:
An agent didn't turn up to one house viewing, although I suspect this was a rare occurrence and we were able to view the house (that we later bought) as the vendor was at home. Some discussion around the selection of the most appropriate photos to include on the e-listing was required to get the best presentation of the house.
In summary, I've been very happy with the overall service provided, they're a great team they'll certainly be top of the list to consider for use in the future.

GoogleRachel and her team have been brilliant throughout our purchase, meeting us at the property numerous times to view, even outside of office hours, helping us contact the vendor with enquiries, and even recommending local tradesmen once we'd moved in. Superb customer service! They couldn't be more helpful.

GoogleWe chose Hunters to sell our house based on the initial visit and valuation from Rachel. Rachel came across as very warm, knowledgeable and genuine - qualities that I hoped would help to sell the house. We were really happy with the photos taken - the quality of Hunters photos on other houses was one of the things that made me call them in the first place. We actually had our first offer after just over a week. When our initial sale fell through (due to a flaky buyer) Hunters staff were really great about it and gave us confidence that we would find another buyer. We had another offer again within a week. When it came to dealing with the actual sale and solicitors etc,Chris on the sales team seemed to be quite active in chasing things up and pushing things along. We found that Chris was always easily contactable, always answered emails and phone calls quickly. Overall a very positive experience with a more personal service than I feel I would have had from other agents. I would definitely recommend Hunters.

GoogleI'm reviewing Hunters from the perspective of a buyer, not the seller who pays their commission, so my experience is probably different when you're the customer. I found Hunters ok, although they could have gone to a bit more effort to accomodate my requests and facilitate communication with the buyer. They also frequently failed to return phone calls, respond to emails and provide me with details I'd asked for. The worst part of my Hunters experience was their sales pressure to use their resident mortgage broker (Tony D). I won't give his full name, but I found him to be an amatuer and chancer. Anyone can submit mortgage applications in the hope that one of them gets accepted and call themselves an "expert", but that's to the detriment of the applicant. I'd buy a property with Hunters again, but don't listen to their mortgge broker sales rubbish. Just say "no" and find your own mortgage instead.

Hi Nate
My sincere apologies for not replying to your concerns as I have only just received our Google login. I take your criticisms very seriously as we strive to give the best experience possible. I would like to apologise to you if you felt we wasn't getting back to you as quickly as possible as this is something we try to do. We have recently changed our mortgage adviser and feel we are now really strong in this area. Again I'm sorry that your experience wasn't how you would expect it to be but hopefully if we meet again will hopefully be able to change your concerns. I would like to wish you the best for the future.

I dealt with Stacey Pain and I found her to be very efficient and she kept me informed throughout the whole process, which was not always easy as I was not local and then overseas for completion. I would 100% recommend Stacey to anyone looking for a professional and efficient service.
