Should to say one word about hunters agent, Unprofessional. First, they charge higher administration fee than the Liverpool market price, If you spent 5 mins to check this, you will see. In addtion, I went to their office before， small size agent, unfriendly staff. Personally, I am more willing to trust larger companies which can afford the rent on Dale st, not just have a small space with 4 tables. Finally, just warmly remind you, Liverpool is a big city, you can find lot of agency, some very good, some bad，but do not be rush, spend your time to do homework, you can find better one. To the people who need estate agent service.

Hunter's have an excellent team in Liverpool which in our case was led by Carol Corran who was always a pleasure to deal with. She was prompt with responses, kept us up to date with the interest in our property, and carried out all her tasks with great care and professionalism. The first prospective buyer who came along ended up buying our property and beating the stamp duty deadline! I have no doubt the buyer in question drew confidence from carol's knowledge and enthusiasm. She also recommended the solicitors we should use who were extremely able in all respects. I tried to book a valuation through Hunters as I am buying my father & his siblings out of an inherited property so wanted to get an idea of the property value. Hunters claimed they didn't do valuations for this. I find this very surprising & I now would never use Hunters when I plan to sell the property on in a couple of years.

I received exceptional service from all members of the Hunters Crookes team when I recently sold my house in Broomhill. I can not express adequately how impressed and pleased I am with the service I received. Prior to putting the house on sale I received very helpful advice from Mr. Goff which ensured that only 2 days after putting the house on the market I received an offer at the asking price and after a highly successful open visit by a large number of prospective buyers I received several offers well above the asking price with a sale at this higher price agreed just 10 days after offering the house for sale. Hunters kept me updated throughout the entire sale and the whole process was made so much easier than it could have been by Amy and Dan with whom it was a great pleasure to deal. The whole approach of the Hunters team was polite, professional, friendly, reassuring and supportive - I can not praise them all enough. Thank you very much. I have no hesitation in recommending Hunters at Crookes to anyone considering selling their property - I find it hard to believe that any other estate agent could give a better a service than is provided by the Hunters Crookes team. The fee for Hunters' service seemed very reasonable indeed to me. In conclusion - A very reasonably priced, friendly, extremely professional service which took a lot of anxiety out of the home selling process for me and which resulted in me achieving the sale of my house at an excellent price in an pleasingly short time period. If you're looking for an estate agent to sell your house, then I'm sure you should go first to Hunters in Crookes. Once more, thank you all and Amy in particular for your lovely cheerfulness during the period in which the sale was going through.

Great with the sale itself - seems to be a smooth operation on this front. The moment keys are handed over, they become hopeless. More communication, lazy and unaccountable. If you really like the property which they have on their books, go for it but bear in mind that you are in for a rough ride.

Very unprofessional: first not very friendly on the phone while booking the appointment, I asked to get a confirmation by sms on the day but they said it wasn't necessary, the appointment was confirmed .. finally, they didn't show up and when I called they apologised telling me that the owner withdrew the property from the market a couple of hours before and the agent FORGOT to let me know ... for an emergency or something similar I would have understood but forgetting to tell a client that an appointment is cancelled is unbelievable and unforgivable. Not a way to do business.
