After trying and failing to sell my flat with many other estate agents in Beverley, it was such a relief to find one that really cared. Fiona went above and beyond - chasing the solicitors (who were very poor and almost lost me the sale), dealing with difficult tenants (I was selling the flat with tenants, who tried to stop the sale going through as they wanted to buy it when they could afford it), etc. She regularly updated me on progress and I cannot thank her enough for changing my life. I can now go travelling, which I have wanted to do for many years. I am not one for naming and shaming but be very careful about the solicitors that you choose. Fiona had to do a lot of their work herself, which she did without complaint. She deserves all the credit she receives.

We found a property we loved for sale by Hunters and all throughout the process of buying it, Fiona kept us up-to-date with goings on and chased the solicitors for us many times which helped the process greatly. She let us know when there were cliches well before the solicitor did which enabled us to take action quicker. Dean, Andy and the Harborne team are all about the customer, from the initial taking of photographs and measuring right through to completion. My journey with Dean and the team was a long and arduous one (due to my lease extension being a condition of sale) but throughout the 6 month timescales it took to complete nothing was too much trouble. It did't matter that my knowledge of the market place was rusty due to being in the same property for 15 years they were all behind me, it was very stressful at times with first time buyers two lots of solicitors all wanting bits and bobs of information coupled with a managing agent that were slower than slow, but the team demonstrated an air of calmness together with a can do attitude and always the ultimate professionals in their field... I cannot thank Dean, Andy and team enough for their dedicated and unfaltering support throughout. Highly recommended, peace of mind is critical when moving property and Hunters in Harborne go over and above on a daily basis.. Thank you so much Iain

As a landlord the quality of the service is very poor. It is ok if you don't have to have any thing done to the property or the tenants never calls you. However, once there is any issues they fail to deal with it. Poor quality recommended contractors. The agents don't even bother to check the quality of the work. I have to repay for deep clean with different agency as the initial service was poor and inadequate inspected (just one example!). if you are either tenant or landlord you lose as they will take money from tenants deposits and never do the work properly l. Therefore the landlord has also to pay to redo the poor work they were supposed to do/supervise. Will never recommend that. They should get 0 star but that's not an option.

I had a very pleasant experience working with the West Hampstead Hunters office when searching for a flat in 2014. I was new in London and the agent walked me through all the potential areas I could live in and the pros and cons. I was also lucky enough to get a good deal on my flat at the end with the help of the agent negotiating on my behalf. My fiancée and I are just finalising the rental of a property through Hunters Pudsey and I am absolutely thrilled with the service they have provided us. From the moment I first emailed enquiring about viewings, I knew we were in safe hands. We were sent through properties matching our requirements straight away and Fiona managed to squeeze us in for viewings at only a few days notice. We are relocating from Bath to Leeds - no easy task as we were up for a mere 2 days! Fiona Harrison listened so carefully to what we were looking for, suggesting and taking us to view more properties than we booked on the same day, also squeezing us in the following day for another viewing! My experience is very very disappointing. I felt I was on the right place at the right time when I saw the for sale board go up on a a house that I was really interested in. I rung Hunters only to be told they have no pictures yet but quoted me the price and offered to forward the details. In the main time, I shared my excitement with our financial advisor. He suggested I call back and request a viewing. This was the following day. I was told there isn't a bungalow and that it's a terrace house and the vendor unfortunately is ill so is taking it off the market till summer. I was baffled, positive it was a bungalow NOT A terrace I actually drove up again on the Sunday. I called the office ( which) was on a Sunday and may have tripped over to the call centre. Only to be told it's sold subject to contract. I was really made and disappointed because of the wrong information

Abbismal service, was told at a viewing that if we paid the application fee applications would be closed and we would be going through the paperwork to move in. We immediately put the fee down following the viewing and waited a day for the forms to be sent. When we followed this up the next day we were told that other applicants were allowed to apply and had that morning and subsequently the landlord had decided to go with other tenants. This is entirely against what we were categorically told on the day. I am currently awaiting follow up information from hunters but I am appalled at the lies and misinformation this company has given out.

My family and I have used other Agency before and were very disappointment with the service. Our previous tenancy was with Blundells lettings and we had to spend too much time running after them for inquiries, they were not very honest with us and had to vacate our previous tenancy because the Landlord has not been paying their mortgage for whatever reason, they were not upfront with us and we ended up having to vacate the property because they did not act on the letters from the bank and court we passed onto them, when it came to getting our deposit back apparently they could not locate the landlord but when I reached out to the Mydeposit protection service they suddenly located the Landlord and was forced to return our deposit to us. We reached out to hunters for the property we are staying in now and they were excellent in getting us vetted and ready to move in, there were a few minor things that we needed checked in the property before we move in but they had it all sorted out for us and until today they have been consistent with the level of service they give us. We feel valued by hunters and have no issues with them at all. Lewis at hunters Crookes has been taking good care of us. Thank you for being consistent.
